The unit included with Infrared Remote Control,micro-controller, drain pump & necessary supporting arrangement with ready made Valve Station with tray complete with butterfly Valves / Gate valves , PIBCV Valves with Actuators, (Actuator and control make Siemens)–Strainer,Pressure cum balancing valves. total valve station require 5 nos of Valves including bypass line. The entire skid shall be coated with Zinc-chromate primer coating and then painted with enamel paint. Price should be included for Electrical cable 10M connection from MCB/Isolator to chilled water unit shall be done by HVAC contractor. Pipe line require from the main header (appx 20 Mtr)also to be considered with nitrile rubber insulation with GC cloth factory fitted as per manufacturer recommandation. no additional cost given for the same. The lab testing reports as per IS: 8148 shall be submitted from National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) accredited as per ISO/International Electro-technical Commission (IEC) 17025 standards / Central Power Research Institute (CPRI)/Electrical Research and Development Association (ERDA)with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) etc. complete as per specification as required.
