Removing the G.I sheet from the expansion joint and re- fix the same, after water proof treatment with new G.I screw, tar, washer etc., including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing water proof treatment of approved make of IWL polymeric asphalt membrane sheet of 2mm thick of 4Kg/m2 over the roof slab after thorough cleaning and preparation of the roof surface inorder to obtain smooth surface possible and applying one coat of approved brand bituminous emulsion primer and applying first coat of blow hot bitumen 85/25 graded at the rate of 1.2 kg/m2 and stretching and sticking polymeric asphalt membrane with 100mm overlap and top sealed by LPG flame including removing the air bubbles if any and applying second coat bitumen using blow hot bitumen 85/25 graded at the rate of 1.2 kg/m2 including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T& P etc., complete..
Removing the pebbles stone and refilling the same over the new layer of tar felt with additional new pebble stones as directed by the Dept. Engineer at site including cost of all material, labour, lead, lift, curing etc complete.
