Drilling of 500mm dia bore with Reverse Rotary Rig in all kind of soil including the cost the consumable stores, fucl oil and transporation of rig to the site, complete in all respects 1. Erection and dismantling of boring plant including all arrangement for the transportation of the boring equipment to site of work from the store of contractor at site and back are to be made by the contractor at his own cost. All rates should be quoted for supplying the material at site of work. Pits for collection of water and water for drilling tubewell to be arranged by the firm/contractor at site at his own cost. 2. In case the bore is converted into a tubewell payment of bore shall be made up to the bail plug plus margin (7% of main bore drilling or as actual as per field requirement whichever is less) required for sustaining the main bore paid at the rate of beyond margin shall be paid at the rate of test bore drilling.

Supplying, lowering of mild steel pipes as per IS: 4270-2001 including MS Sockets having dimension as per IS code dully welded with MS electrode to have extra strength to lower the pipe into Tubewell Bore complete in all respects.

150mm nominal dia meter (weight 21.16kg per meter) 5.4mm thick.

Supplying,fixing & lowering of stainless steel cage type wire wound screen as per IS: 8110-2000 or latest ISI marked, dully welded with suitable grade S.S welded electrode to lower the strainer into Tube well Bore.

Supplying, fixing and lowering of stainless steel socket as per ISI 8110-2000 or latest ISI marked duly welded with suitable grade SS welding electode to lower the straineer in to tubewell bore complete in all respect.

Supplying and fixing of bail plug of MS pipe complete with inverted u-hock attached to the bottom plug complete in all respects (150mm) i/d weight 21.6 kg p/m) 5.40 mm Thick.

Supplying and fixing mild steel centering guides made out of 32mm x 6mm thick M.S. bar complete in all respects.

Supplying and fixing of well cap having threads to fix on housing pipe.Complete in all respects (150mm i/d)

Supplying and fixing of mild steel clamps of size 150 mm x 12mm made out of MS Flat 1.52m) long, suitable to fit housing pipe including the cost Nut & Bolt of Suitable size complete in all respects

Supplying, lowering and fixing of MS specials sockets to connect SS Strainer to MS pipe dully welded with suitable grade welding electrode complete in all respects (150mm id)

Supplying at site wooden box of suitable size with lid and locking arrangement for preserving strata sample collected from the bore.

Testing of Water Sample for heavy metal from approved laboratory (Toxic material sucha as arsenic, lead, mercury, presticide etc.)

Making Electric logging of bore hole with electronic well logger including cost of equipment at site etc complete in all respects.

Supplying at quarry site of gravel of 1/16" to 1/8" sizes including pouring and packing in the annular space between the pipes assembly and the bore. The gravel should be free from, dust, dirt, or the vegetable manner as per IS 4097/1967 with latest amendments (to be paid as per actual length of pipe)

Carriage of Gravel from Chandigarh (220 Km) to Gurdaspur Rate upto 220 km = Rs. 842.83 Rate upto 05 km = (-) Rs. 182.40 (Included in the Item) Net Rate for 215 km = Rs. 660.43

Development and stabilizing of the tube-well with Air Compressor of required capacity as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cost of tools appliances and consumable to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Development and stabilizing of the tube-well with Submersible Pump of required capacity as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including the cost of tools appliances and consumable to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Collection of water sample from different strata and testing of sample from approved laboratory (Phisical & chemical Analysis)

Provision for Sanitary Clay Seal and sterilization of tubewell as per IS code : 2800-2019
