Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Rough side exterior cement plaster on wall upto all height with a mixture of sand and gravel or crushed stone graded from 6mm to 12mm nominal size dashed over and including fresh plaster in two coats,backing coat 10mm cement plaster 1:3(1 cement:3 sand)and finishing coat 10mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3(1 cement:3 sand)mixed with 10% finely grounded hyderated lime by volume of cement including arriss,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth. Natural cement finish using ordinary cement. and including Removing of old plaster with cement mortar including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty two coats over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth and cement primer complete. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel/wood and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters:- With white enamel paint.or other than white including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing double charge 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty and Mat Finish vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalant 600mmx600mmx10mm manufactured of required shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) and jointed with grouting of Epoxy material mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles in all storeys, height, levels and location as required complete.including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing Ist quality digital wall tiles (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades of size 300x600mm as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) :25mm thick

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to any distance outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth Pick work upto all leads and lifts.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, up to all lead and lift All kinds of soil

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts. For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing glass glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partition etc with PVC/neoprens gasket and including aluminium beading complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In_charge including cost of aluminium snap beading and puttey with glass pins glass panes of 4 mm thickness (weight not less than 10 kg/sqm. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.
