Demolition of stone/ boluder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete, all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing ,washing down with water etc, complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced Cement Concrete in any position and any description including cutting of reinforcement bars to facilitate demolition, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing Pre-cast Reinforced cement concrete, as in landing, cover slabs (for man holes etc), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves drain covers and similar items with plain faces in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm well graded stone aggregate and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC, type A-1,(1:1.5:3) using 20 mm well graded stone aggregates for cover slabs, slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roof etc, complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for ,complete , all as specified and directed.

M &L for pre-cast cement concrete type C-1, (1:3:6), using 20mm well graded stone aggregate as in block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in Cement Mortar (1:4), complete, all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6),Except stone, complete, all as specified and directed. (Stone shall be used as obtained from serial item No 02 here in before).

M & L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) using WPC 3% by weight of cement (WPC to be measured and paid separately) and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement),complete, all as specified and directed..

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on external surfaces of brick work, stone masonry or concrete surfaces finished fair and even, without using extra cement complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (WPC) , complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, laid in 1:20 slope as in plinth protection or similar works, including making joints at 3.00 metre intervals and at each corner, the joint shall be filled with mastic filling (to full depth) comprising of one part heated hot blown bitumen 85/ 25 & two parts heated sand (by volume), surface finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified. Note: The concrete shall be laid at a stretch not exceeding 3 metre in length and width of joint shall not be more than 12 mm, complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes , 150 mm dia (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar ,complete , all as specified and directed.

Removing & cleaning of blockage from WC/EWC trap of any description and in any position by removing sand/sludge/silt and other forein material deposited in it (either manually or mechanically) upto first manhole and making the seweage system functional to the entire satisfaction of Engg in Charge, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Removing & cleaning of blockage from traps of bath rooms/ kitchen sink/ wash basin/ Urinal point and gully traps of any description and in any position by removing sand/sludge/silt and other forein material deposited in it (either manually or mechanically) upto first manhole and making the seweage system functional to the entire satisfaction of Engg in Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cleaning of sewage lines of existing sewer line of dia 100mm to 300mm bore, laid at a any depth not exc. 3.0 m deep below ground level by mechanically means ,using appropriate technological appliances as required at site, including manholes, inspection chamber, testing after cleaning and getting out sludge and accumulated solids / semi solids from connected manholes / Lines, removing the sludge / spoil min 250 mtrs away from MOD land and refixing the manhole cover, complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pumping out/dewatering of sullage/waste water in liquid/semi liquid state from soakage wells or septic tanks of any capacity & size with mechanical means including remowing the same by means of tankers or other suitable means to a distance of 250 mtrs away from defence land and buried/dumping the same in pits of suitable size including excavation, earth work and spreading of bleaching powder, complete, all as specified and directed.

Cleaning / desludging of existing septic tank of any capacity and any depth including taking out and removing sludge and accumulated solids / semi solid contents in closed container at a place 250 m away from defence land and burried in ground including necessary excavation, earth work and spreading of bleaching powder complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) The cubic contents of sludge will be measured after drying the sludge as mentioned at Para 11.1 in particular specification and no extra cost for necessary excavation and refilling with excavated soil over the sludge and spreading of bleaching powder shall be paid and quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for this provision. (ii) The cleaning of septic tank shall be carried out mechanically using apropriate technological appliances.

M & L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) , complete, all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete, all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick each layer ,as in soil,complete, all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to distance not exc. 150 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point , complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc.15 cm thick each layer ,watered and rammed to a true surface , complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured chequrred cement concrete tile of size 30 cm x 30 cm/25cm x 25cm /20cm x 20 cm with thickness of 22-25 mm , set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floor with grey cement and pigment over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6), complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, Vitreous China wash down water closet EWC (pedestal pattern), standard size , white (including fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe), incuding plastic seat cover, white, closed pattern with flat bottom, mild steel chromium plated or anodised hinging devices, connected to drains outlet including chromium plated steel jet pressure unit, fixed as in repairs, and removal of old from site, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of existing water closet (squatt pattern) and foot rest with vitreous china (white) first quality water closet, Orissa pattern size 580x440mm with integral foot rests, including 100mm cast iron 'P' or 'S' trap and 100mm cast iron sanitary connection socket to fit WC outlet , complete including fixing of flush pipe with seat and making good the disturbed floor surfaces to match with existing and making connections serviceable, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of drains any description and in any position (open or covered) by removing sand/sludge/silt and other foreign material deposited in it, exc 200mm but not exceeding 450 mm wide at any depth not exc. 1.50 m deep below ground level by (either manually or mechanically) means ,using appropriate appliances as required at site, including inspection after cleaning and getting out sand/silt etc and remove the same minimum 250 mtrs away from MOD land and refixing the drain cover etc , complete, all as specified and as directed.

Note:- The total shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs 24855.40 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
