Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters including fitting and fixtures area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters including fitting and fixtures area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick made of 2nd class hardwood Plain framed, panelled shutter with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS: 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick, 2nd class hard wood (Sal/ Hollock) factory made glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass or gauge,etc. (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut & mitred beads for securing gauge sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I Section-8, clause 8.24 (b) for door shutter supplying and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as specified and as directed. Note:- Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S crews shall be paid separately.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately. (ii) For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F in repairs galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.63 mm nominal dia. of wire and avg width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire stples complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new wooden surfaces & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated (minimum thickness 50 micron) anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated (Thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron) anodised aluminium door shutters of aluminium sectioin weighing 0.55kg/m (minimum) including necessory joining cleats ,glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, stainless steel hinges, sliding door bolts, tower bolts and anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.
