RMU and remote control panel

Design, manufacture, manufacturer’s factory testing, supply, installation, and commissioning of 630A, 11 KV, Ring Main Unit (RMU) Outdoor type with VCB, SF6 gas-insulated switchgear panel complete with all accessories including associated equipment. Panel fabricated out of min. 2 mm thick CRCA powder (minimum thickness of powder coating shall be 80 micron) coated.The outdoor RMU panel to be complete with its panel, CTs (30:5/1), PTs and numerical protection relays such as overcurrent/earth fault, under voltage/overvoltage relays, broken conductor protection, DC supply monitoring relay, Master trip relay, Auxiliary relays for transformer protections such as buchholz (alarm &trip). The panel may also have an in-built DC power pack for providing control supply for control & protection. (As per ONGC specification)

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of indoor mounting control panel dust and vermin proof wall mounting, fabricated out of min. 2 mm thick CRCA powder coated sheet steel suitable for use at 110V DC/ 24V DC with ON/OFF/TRIP (Red/Green/Amber) LED indicating lamps, DC supply healthy indicating lamp, ON/OFF push button with 2A SP MCB backup protection with din bar, terminal along with interconnections with 2.5 sq mm flexible unarmoured copper wire.
