Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises etcand removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Non Skid (coloured) ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F glazed ceramic (coloured) tiles (300mmx 450mmx7 mm) in vertical surfaces such as skirting dados and risers of steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement. Including cutting the tiles to the required size wherever required including motering the corners etc over & including 10 mm thick backing coat of cement plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&Fin repair wash down water closet (pedestal pattern) white and including plastic water closet seat cover as per reqd colour with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminium hinging deviceVitreous china premium/ 1st quality wash down water closet EWC white/ ivory/off white (closed pattern incl all necessary accessories like rag bolts/ gel gasket etc.(excluding flushing cistern & flush pipe) and having P/S Trap complete in all respect all as specified (excluding flushing cistern ) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..
