Providing, fixing in position and repairing the suspended false ceiling system using 600*600mm calcium silicate ceiling tiles (AEROLITE Ceiling systems or approved equivalent make) tiles having 15mm Dandified edges and 100% Humidity resistance, Incombustible as per BS 476 part IV with Thermal conductivity of w/m KC and approved surface Design and edge profile (TEGULAR SPINTONE) placed in a suspended grid size of 600x600 mm made of Hot-dipped G.I. steel section having an exposed surface capping of pre-finished baked polyester painted coil wherein the main “T” of size 24mmx38mmx0.33mm shall be suspended at 1200mm centers along the length of ceiling with 4mm dia. G.I. wire with necessary level adjusters and cross tees at 600mm centers and thereafter in direction vertical to the longer tees. Cross tees of size 24x28x0.33 and 600mmx600mm shall be inserted to form a grid size of 600mmx600mm resting on the periphery walls on wall angles of size 22mmx22mmx3000 mm made of 0.40mm thickness. The main tees to be suspended from ceiling/soffit clits of 25mmx35mmx1.6mm and 4mm diaG.I.wire with galvanized spring steel leveling clips. The rate shall include providing necessary openings for light fixtures, diffusers as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The entire grid system shall be designed to over a distributed load minimum 15kg/Sq.m. (only calcium silicate false ceiling area will be measured for the purpose of payment). Providing, fixing in position and repairing the suspended seamless false ceiling system using 12.5 mm thick Moisture Resistant Plan Gypsum Board (GYPROC.MR of M/s. Saint Gobain Make) suspended ceiling which includes Gypsteel ULTRA TM CRP surface ribbed perimeter channels (having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm) along the perimeter of ceiling screw fixed to brick wall/partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screw, at 610mm centres. Then suspending Gypsteel ULTRA TM CRP surface ribbed intermediate channels of size 45mm (with two flanges of 15mm each)from the soffit at 1220 mm centres with Gypsteel ULTRA TM CRP surface ribbed ceiling angle of width 25mm X10mm fixed to soffit with G.I cleat and steel expansion fasteners (Mfg. by Saint Gobain Gyproc). Gypsteel ULTRA TM CRP surface ribbed ceiling section of having web of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to the Gypsteel ULTRA TM intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the Gypsteel intermediate TM channel at 457.5 mm centres. Single layer of 12.5mm tapered edge Gyproc MR (confirming to BS 1230 part-1) is then screws fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screws at 230mm centres. Screw fixing is done mechanically either with screw driver or drilling machine with suitable attachment. Finally square and tapered edges and curved, step down, slope of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Gyproc jointing compound, Gyproc jointing paper tape and two coats of drywall top coat (as per recommended practices of Saint-Gobain Gyproc India)

Providing and fixing false ceiling with Ramco HILUX calcium silicate tiles of 8mm thickat all elevations with MS slotted angles(40x40x2mm) grid work suspended from ceiling with MS rod suspender of 8mm dia. rod by means of angle/flat/tee cleats by welding to existing MS plate EP’s in the roof ceiling, providing necessary additional MS structural section supporting for electrical tube light/incandescent/any other light fixtures, AC diffusers, supply and return air grills, trap doors, etc., MS welded mesh for return air path wherever required ,supplying and fitting aluminium sheet reflectors to required shape for tube lighting , painting with approved make and colour two coats of acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer to ceiling tiles and two coats of anticorrosive synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer to all structural steel items and suspenders except slotted angle, providing necessary counter sunk bolts, nuts and washers to fix ceiling tile and or flush butt jointed the ends wherever required , also CP/MS bolt and nuts with washers for slotted angle grid with cleats including supply, cutting, grinding, welding, fabricating and erecting in position all structural steel works necessary scaffolding, staging all tools and tackles, labour etc. complete all as per specifications and drawings.(Only False Ceiling area will be measured for the purpose of payment). Removing the damaged false ceiling sheets and fixing with new calcium silicate tiles (Ramco HILUX of 8mm thick)at all elevations in the existing false ceiling frame of MS slotted angles(40x40x2mm) grid work suspended from ceiling with MS rod suspender of 8mm dia. and painting with approved make and colour two coats of acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer to ceiling tiles, providing necessary counter sunk bolts, nuts and washers to fix ceiling tile and or flush butt jointed the ends wherever required , necessary scaffolding, staging all tools and tackles , labour etc. complete all as per specifications and drawings.

Providing and Fixing 30mm thick factory made PVC door shutters with door frames of approved colour/shade “Sintex / Akrosha” or approved equivalent make and wall thickness 2mm + 0.2mm with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and joined at the corners, including all accessories & fittings like 3nos 100mm SS hinges, 2nos 125mm Grip aluminium Bow handles, 2 Nos of aluminium 75mm Baby latch for each door complete all as directed at by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Venition vertical blinds of Luxaflex or approved equivalent make and approved colour pattern with vanes of 100mm width made up of non woven polyester fabric which are suspended from the silt travelers by self aligning vanes hooly of effective optimized system, vanes shall be coupled together by means of bead chain pivotally attach by closing to each side of each weight and other accessories required complete all as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:1. Sample shall be got approved before commencing work.2. The above work shall be got executed from approved manufactures.

Providing and fixing Homogeneous PVC sheet,2mm thick confirming IS:3462 latest edition in flooring and skirting ( Polyfloor or approved equivalent make) in approved pattern, colour& shade on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesive of approved quality and manufacturer like Dunlop-S-758 or Fevicol- SR- 998 (or) approved equivalent make, THERMO WELDING of PVC sheet joint using suitable PVC welding chord with hot air welding equipments with accessories as per standards over cement concrete floor and skirting to an even line and level including cleaning and preparation of surface, levelling small undulations with plaster of paris if required, rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing Second class teak wood work in frame of doors, windows, clerestory openings and other frames, wrought framed, fixed in position of required size and shape including sawing, jointing, making rebates for shutters, making grooving as shown in the drawing , architectural beading with teakwood 50x6mm alround, finishing the surfaces to the required finish all as per specifications and drawings including necessary MS hold fasts 300mm long, 5mm thick or with rawl plugs and screws including protective painting to the surface that will come in contact with walls, joining materials, labour etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked 35mm thick non decorative type flush door shutters (single or double leaf and size as per requirement )confirming IS:2202, core of black board construction with frame of 1st classood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering, phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin bonded hot pressed with internal teak wood lipping of 25mm on all sides and fixing with 4 Nos. 150mm Stainless steel Hinges with suitable SS Screws Nos. 150mm SS Hinges with SS screws for double leaf), Brass aldrop 250mm long complete set with suitable brass screws ( 2Nos. complete set set of brass aldrop 250mm long with brass screws for double leaf),300mm long brass tower bolt with screws (2 Nos. 300mm long with brass tower bolt for double leaf),150mm long brass handle set with brass screws (2 Nos. 150mm long brass handle set with brass screws for double leaf) complete at all lifts and all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Carrying out carpentry maintenance works likerepairing the damaged PVC flooring,false ceiling, rectification / replacing, cutting modification and refixing the MS slotted angles (40x40x2mm) grid work suspended from ceiling with MS rod suspender of 8mm dia. rod by means of angle/flat/tee cleats etc. in various laboratories & buildings, and attending any breakdown / emergency complaints to maintain services etc. all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.In White area (inactive area)
