Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L brick work in CM (1:6) with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plane exc 6m mean radius, used in drain, boundary wall, compound wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking Down cement plaster or lime of any description including racking and joint hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar in (1:4) in two layers with backing coat 10 mm thick and second coat 5 mm thick with WPC on fare face of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone as in foundation filling and mass concrete for drain repair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping bed block in drain and like including necessary form work and finishing surfaces fair and even with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for two coats of cement based paint on newly plastered surface over a coat of chalk whiting including all preparation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Concrete is ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, sub base under chequered tile, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F chequered cement concrete tiles 20cmx20cmx25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F vitrified tiles 10mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished in dark shade, area exc 0.42 Sqm but n exc 1.00 Sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F vitrified tiles 10mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished in light shade, area n exc 0.36 Sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7mm thick 450 x 300mm size in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to the shade. Etc including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair Pre- painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair Colored Polycarbonate Sheets 6mm thick (multi wall) as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Welded steel wire fabric exc 4 Kg/ Sqm welded to steel section at any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing for Framed work such as grills, gratings,Tank cover,Drain covers made of MS Angle, Channel, Bars and sheets etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or Mild Steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F for MS framed work to angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, and inlcuding either hooks and hinges fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed. Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B.

S&F joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. with in 20 mm of the length indicated to FE 410-W (Gde-E-250 quality-B) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barb at spacing 75mm and straining and fixing to any type of post including securing crossing and staple complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair Galvanished steel concertina coil of 600mm spiral dia wire with 2.5mm (coil not less than 8kg and stretched 5 to 6 m) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F chain link fencing wire 4mm dia including line wires any mesh any types and straining and fixing to any type of post including securing crossing and staple complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down steel rolling shutter of size exc 5 Sqm but not exc 15 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F gear operated type rolling shutters of 1.25 mm thick laths, without ball bearing including top cover, anchoring rod, and one shop coat of primer with bevel gear box and crank handle erected in position as indicated in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F suitable ball bearing for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers per rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down hood of rolling shutter of size exc 5 Sqm but n exc 15 Sqm each by making all arrangement like ladder, staging rope, chain & pulley etc carrying out repair works, including replacement of nut bolts & Nails etc replacing defective parts, oiling greasing the mechanical parts including side rails and refixing the same in position and repairing the damaged cemented masonry/concrete to match with the old structure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for & removing of rubbish from premises of defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F non skid ceramic coloured tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 Sqm in floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sunken portion of toilets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement for fixing of nahani trap or floor trap etc in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 Kg/Sqm including cleaning of surfaces over newly plastered surfaces of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for leakage/seepage proof coating consisting of preparing the surface of roofs, exterior walls, parapet, chajjas etc. with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil, grease etc. and filling cracks above 5mm thickness with Dr Fixit Pedilite URP or with plaster seal of STP Ltd and crack less than 5mm with Dr Fixit Crack X powder or with plaster seal of STP Ltd and applying Dr Fixit prime seal primer or STP Ltd (and allow today for 8hrs under touch dry condition and subsequently two coats of water proof decorative elastomeric coating system of Dr Fixit Raincoat with DFT 100 microns or shalicry 215 of STP (The surface after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry at least 6 hours before next coat) etc. complete all as per manufacture instruction and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
