Attending repair works of the 25 Ton Mukand Crane Bogie Driving wheel Assembly ...1 No & Trailing wheel assembly l No. at Haddo wharf as per the direction of EIC by using suitable hydraulic jack, steel Block / support on middle of the balancer body of the crane and lift the Boggie to the required height after locking the slew, crane Jib properly, remove the pin and slide the boggie along the rail, for detaching the boggie from the crane. Remove the screws, bolts, nuts so as to dismantle the Gear Box, motor by means of hydraulic press /jack without any damage to the gear box, then detach the damaged driving wheel assembly & trailing wheel assembly properly for replace with spare driving wheel & trailing wheel, which will be supplied at free of cost by the department, on its original position. Reassemble the Gear Box, motor, Boggie on its original position, test checking of performance of Boggie wheels etc., including cost of fabrication of steel support, hydraulic jack, safety equipments, lifting equipments labour charges, transportation charges, Lathe works, Gas cutting works/Welding works, cost of fabrication of pins, suitable bearings, required bushes, covers, bolts & nuts, GST, Port charges, any allied works required for completion of the repair works etc complete (Jetty Side).
