Reaming of bore well from 150 mm dia to 525mm dia hole in three steps from 150 mm to 350mm, 350mm to 450mm, 450mm to 525mm up to 60 metres depth below the ground level from the top of ground

Reaming of bore well from 150 mm dia to 450 mm dia hole in two steps from 150 mm to 350 mm, 350 mm to 450 mm for depth exceeding 60 mtrs but not exceeding 180 mtrs complete as specified and directed

Supply, assembling, lowering and fixing of mild steel ERW casing pipe 300mm internal dia ISI marked having wall thickness 7.1 mm screwed and socketed in length up to 6.00 metres complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No.4.00 here-in-before but casing of size 200mm dia and 7.1 mm thick.

Supply, assembling, lowering and fixing low carbon galvanized (LCG) steel strainer pipe (slotted pipe) 200mm nominal bore of wall thickness 7.3mm cage type wire wound screen 'V' shaped profile in suitable length having slots of size 0.75mm width including necessary end coupling complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for electric logging of bore well including all tools and fixture required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for mild steel bail plug assembly suitable for 200mm bore casing pipe internal threaded with strong iron hook, screwed and welded to casing pipe as per IS 2800 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for mild steel reducer suitable for 200x300mm bore casing pipe fitted to casing pipe as per IS 2800 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and packing for stone gravel of size 2mm to 4.5mm all around casing pipe and slotted pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Development of injection well bore with compressed air with diesel engine operated compressor for number of hours till free flow of water in well is obtained and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for yield test for the bore well by continuously pumping for 24 hours or directed time period to determine safe pumping yield and submitting the report complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for pressure gauge with isolation cock suitable for a working pressure zero to 100 Kg/ Sqcm (liquid based high intensity) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for straight plain brass ferrule (or connecting screws) screwed both ends and fixed in position of 20 mm dia all as specified and directed.

Supply, lowering, installation, commissioning and testing of electric driven submersible pump set, 415 volts, 3 phase, 50Hz, 20HP, 2850 RPM suitable for proposed bore well, 30-75 m3/h, 88-27m head complete all as specified and directed. (1 x working & 1 x standby). Make: Model No. BPD 302/09 of KSB or equivalent in Crompton/ Kirloskar. Note:- 01 Standby which is to be provided will be only Supply & testing of submersible pump & it will be tested in working submersible pump setup & after succesful testing will be taken in charge by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, 3 core, flat type, copper conductor submersible cable, 10 sqmm, 1100 volts grade including jointing with M-seal and connecting from pump set to starter with suitable size thimble and lugs and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for chain/rope made of 6mm dia MS rod of size 20mm x 38mm for holding submersible pump set and column pipe including necessary holding MS clamp, nut and bolt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lowering 100mm bore flanged type, 3 meter long, heavy duty, MS column pipe, jointing with bolts, nuts & washers including making/ cutting grove at flange for passing submersible cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix chain pulley block heavy duty 3 Ton capacity, lift of height 3 mtr with extra two meter chain and hook arrangement complete (for lifting and lowering pump set) all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for lifting arrangement of submersible pump set by necessary excavation for foundation of post including returning, filling, removing in soft/loose soil and providing PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation RCC(1:1.5:3) type A1(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for 02 Nos post using reinforcement 10 mm dia TMT bar for raft in foundation @150mm c/c spacing, 04 Nos 12mm dia TMT bar for main bars in post and 8mm stirrups @ 75mm c/c up to GL and @ 150mm C/C above GL as spacing in post, necessary 10mm thick plastering in CM(1:4) including 3 coats of white wash including hanging arrangement of chain pulley block for lifting and lowering of submersible pump set by providing 200mm I-section of MS beam & column (minimum height 5m & span 2.5 m) having clombing arrangement, fixing with nut & bolt with RCC post complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing non return valve PN-1.6 size of 100 mm dia both ends flanged heavy duty including packing materials, nut bolts washer etc and testing complete all as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in block of size 2.00x2.00x0.80m (30cm below and 50cm above GL) including form work including FI clamp of 100x16mm with provision of nut and bolts for holding of 300mm MS housing & 100mm column pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of double flanged CI ventury of size 100 mm dia incl one No ferrule at no pressure zone complete in existing line complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of solution preparation cum settling tanks with lid, port hole, inlet/ outlet/ drain connection having sludge collection facility with level gauge fitted with & including solution preparation/ speed reducing motor, dosing pump, SS-316 agitator (FRP coated for extra protection) of capacity 200 Ltrs with following specification:- (a) Solution preparation/ speed reducing motor-0.25HP, 1440 RPM, single phase AC with suitable connecting cable. Material & labour for prepration of internally old painted steel/ iron surfaces of pressure filter & oxidation chamber by scrapping and cleaning of internal surfaces and applying two coats of black bituminious anti corrosive paint suitable for drinking water complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for complete opening of iron removal pressure filter & oxidation chamber of capacity 10000 GPH and taking out existing filter media (sand, gravells), stainers and nozzles, removing and depositing filter media to a distance not exceedding 50 m including necessary repair/ welding to make the pressure filter vessels complete water leak proof for improving the strength and finally reassembling the pressure filter including filling of new stainer, gravells & sand in existing position including replacement of worn out gasket and nut bolts and washers complete all as directed. ( Note:- Nozzles, stainers, gravells shall be measured and paid seperatley).

Supply and fixing PVC push type/ threaded type strainer suitable for filteration plant complete all as directed.

Supply, installation, connecting and testing sluice valve cast iron body class-PN 1.6 with flanged ends drilled suitable for bore of pipe 100 mm ISI marked having brass spindle with iron wheel at top complete with nuts bolts washers rubber gasket etc all as specified and directed

All as per serial item No. 38 here-in-before but for 80mm bore of pipe.

Material and Labour for constrution of valves pit chamber of size (900 mm x 900 mm x 900 mm, internal ) using PCC (1:4:8) 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation 15 cm thick , 23 cm thick wall in CM (1:4) 10 mm thick rendering all around the brick work with 1:6 cement motar PCC (1:2:4) type B1 coping with 20 mm graded agregate for grouting MS top sheet cover with locking arrangement including 50 mm pad lock with double key arrangement MS frame out of 40 x 40x 5 mm thick angle iron including paintaing of steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer finishing coat including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returing filling in and removal of surplus soil to adistance not exceeding 50 mtrs all as specified and including demolition / dismantling of existing craked valve chamber complete all as specifeid and directed.

M&L for LT under ground cable XLPE insulated, 50 Sqmm, 3.5 core, 1100 volts grade, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cable with multistranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ wall/ poles/ ducts/ pipe including cable glands, lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceilings / walls without cable duct) complete all as specified.

Chemical analysis (turbudity, PH total hardness, iron, chlorine, sulphates, Fluorides, Nitrates, Calcium, Arsenic) of raw water( Before filteration and after filteration) for borewell from any goverment laboratery including collection of water sample from newly constructed borewell and submission the sample at laboratery and submit the test report to AGE E/M (AF) Mohanbari complete all as specified. Note: Both after and before filteration shall be measured & paid as one job.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep for taking out / laying of under ground cable, pole or stay and getting out in soft soil strata complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cms spread any type of soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supply and lay for dry river sand filling for cable protection with a layer of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Punned thickness shall be measured).

M&L in tranches bricks common burnt un clay, building brick, sub class B designation 75 for cable protection all as specifieed

Material & labour for excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently without connecting plates etc (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete including two coat of synthetic enamel paint after one coat primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded), 100mm thick as in foundation/ plinth complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas, not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth in soft and loose soil and getting out complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material n exceeding 100 mtr and depositing where directed in a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal DB double door designed SPN DB 4 way with bus bar, neutral link & earth link suitable for and including MCB SPN 32 Amps-01 No as incoming and MCB SP 20 Amps-02 Nos as outgoing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 10 sqmm, two core including fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning external steel surface of existing IRP 10000 Gln capacity with oxidation chamber by complete removal of old paints/ rust by applying detergent/ scrapping/ wire brushing/ sand papering and washing with clean water and painting of external surface with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including painting of complete structure, sluice valve and connected all pipe lines from borewell as per colour coding complete all as specified and directed.
