Improvement by sitc of 2000 Amp ACB of incomer no-01 and bus coupler of L&T make LT panel at Laxmi Nagar BPS. Dismantling of old ACB, other accessories from existing Panel, removing of all cable connection after taking shut down with help of cutter, heavy labor etc

Dismantling of old MCCB, removing of all cable connection after taking shut down with help of cutter, heavy labor etc.

Supply of Air Circuit Breaker (ACB), Three Pole 415 V AC. Microprocessor based trip unit Manual Draw out type, of rating 2000 Amperes, breaking capacity 50 KA,.Make:L&T

Supply of Digital Amp. Meter Make L&T/DJB Approved make.

Supply of Digital Volt Meter Make: L&T/ DJB Approved make.

Supply of current transformer 2000/5 Make:-Saviour/Advance/AE/L&T

Supply of current transformer 600/5 Make:-Saviour/Advance/AE/L&T

Supply of indicating lamps Make:-L&T

Supply of Under voltage release 240 Volt AC Make:- L&T

Supply of MCCB 630 Amp Three pole 36 KA thermal magnetic release with handle & spreader link Make:-L&T

Providing /fixing and making connection of bus bar of suitable size for 2000Amp. Current carrying capacity including links, bends, aluminum bus bar will be of electrolytic grade 55% conductivity or as per relevant IS having sufficient cross section area insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve in phase color identification. The bus bar support insulator shall be of class F insulation made out of non-hygroscopic material as SMC/DMC. All hard ware for connection/joints shall be in high tensile.

Providing/modification of MCCB and making connection of bus bar of suitable size for 630 Amp Current carrying capacity including links, bends, aluminium bus bar will be of electrolytic grade 55% conductivity insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve in phase color identification. The bus bar support insulator shall be of class F insulation made out of non-hygroscopic material as SMC/DMC.

Fixing of the ACB in the existing L T Panel Board including fixing of the base frames of suitable sizes for ACBs in the chamber. Modification in panel door. Fixing all the measuring instruments UVR, CT's lamps , over current & earth fault relay calibration etc. at the metering chamber along with complete wiring through 2.5 sq mm single core copper wire including providing and fixing of necessary ferrules etc. and fixing the backup fuses as per requirement

Testing & commissioning of the in Panel equipments as follow:- -Check equipment specification. -Continuity and earthing. -Meggaring of all equipments for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth. -testing and commissioning of ct and digital amphere meter and voltmeter. -all function tests. -Checking of all tightening of nuts and bolts. -Alignment of doors etc. -Fixing of all above components CT and ampheremeter etc. -Inter locking tests. -Testing on load with engineer in charge.
