M&L for attending and rectifying day to day complaints of fans by taking down carefully existing ceiling fans /exhaust fan / wall mounted fan of any type/size/make from its position at various location such as OTM, Md accommodation and offices under GE(MIS) area,by removing the blades from fan, opening the fan motor, removing the burnt grease, applying new bearing grease, removing of defective parts such as ball bearing, bushes , burnt winding, shaft, split pin, condenser etc reassembling after winding and replacing defective parts with new parts including provision of 3 core 1.50 Sqmm) flexible copper cable from ceiling rose to connector , refixing of removed blades and hanging /fixing in its original position properly including necessary testing after hanging fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- (a) Quoted rate shall be inclusive for grease,bushes,shaft,split pin etc (b)Winding of ceiling fan and spare parts such as ball bearing,capacitor etc required to making the ceiling fan serviceable shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items here in after. (c ) Contractor quoted rate shall be inclusive for to collect and transport new/old /serviced/winded ceiling/exhaust/wall fan of any size and any make from AGE E/M store yard and fix at required location as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (d) Quoted rate shall be inclusive for assembling and fixing at site as directed including servicing, if required (e) Representative of the contractor shall be present at complaint cell and collect the complaints at 9.00 Am every day and attending and resolve the complaints immediately and repot the status of complaint to Engineer-in-Charge at 05:00 pm on the same day.Necessary record shall be maintained by Contractor.

M&L for rewinding of following fan motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of same gauge and as per existing and weight including cleaning of rotor, stator , varnishing, heating and provision of fresh insulating materials for the following size of ceiling / exhaust /pedestal /wall mounted fan all as specified and directed.

For ceiling fan of 1400 mm sweep

For ceiling fan of 1200 mm sweep

For Exhaust fan 400mm to 450mm sweep

For Exhaust/wall mounted fan 230mm to 380mm sweep

Supply only ball bearing (6201/6202/6203) suitable for ceiling fan of size 1200/1400mm sweep.Make :NBC/SKF

Supply only Gun metal bush self lubricated, any size, suitable for ceiling and wall fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Rubber reel for Ceiling Fan of 1200/1400 mm sweep.

Supply only mild steel clamp for hanging ceiling fan made out of MS heavy duty flat iron of size 40x 6 mm as per sample including nuts, bolts, washers, etc suitable for 40/50 mm dia GI pipe/angle iron complete all as specified and directed

Supply only mild steel holding clamps for ceiling fan with rubber reel, nuts, bolts, washers, split pins complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs PVC insulated flexible cable three core Copper conductor of size 23/0.0076, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed .Note:This item shall be measured for fan which are not covered under Sl item No. 01 above .

Supply only blade set suitable for Ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep matching with existing blades complete all as specified and directed

Supply only exhaust fan blades of existing pattern for 230mm sweep as per sample complete all as specified and directed

Supply only exhaust fan blades of existing pattern for 300mm sweep as per sample complete all as specified and directed

Supply only exhaust fan blades of existing pattern for 450mm sweep as per sample complete all as specified and directed

Supply only table fan/wall fan blades as per existing pattern size 400 mm sweep complete as per sample complete all as specified and directed

Supply only condenser of 2.5 MFD capacity

Supply only condenser of 4 MFD capacity

S&F in repairs of MS down rod 'medium grade' 15mm dia of length 0.75 m complete with making split holes, cut or threads at both end of pipe as required for hanging of ceiling fan including painting of rod with two coats of synthetic enamel white paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

All as per item no 16 above but for length 1.50 m

All as per item no 16 above but for length 3.0 m

M&L for making hole of appropriate size by cutting in the existing wall to fix exhuast fan of size 300/450 mm sweep including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface of wall including necessary suitable size nuts, bolts, washers as required at site and connecting with and including suitable size and length of PVC insulated three core flexible three core copper conductor from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cleaning and preparing the surfaces of ceiling/exhaust fan of any sweep and type , removing the grease, carbon dust over the fans ,filling cavities with filler and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour by sprying including writing MES number on the fan complete as in situ all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs modular fan regulator step type, 2 module (Socket) type, white in colour, complete. Make: Legrand Mylinc Series, Crabtree Athena Series, Hager insysta series.
