Maintenance and complete servicing of 11 KV VCB Make: Crompton / Kirloskar / Alstom or as existing. including disassembling of operating mechanism parts, well greasing of springs / repair of mechanical parts, spring charge assembly and reassembling of parts including well cleaning the complete panel board, main bus bar, de-carbonizing all joints bus bar, CTs, PTs, spouts metal parts and making VCB perfect operating in manual and electric mode including all routine and preventive maintenance complete and replacing unserviceable parts, rewiring the Control Circuit / LT Circuit and components etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Notes :- 1. The above job to be carried out by engineer of Authorised Dealer / Service Centre of concerned OEM. 2. Replacement of defective items shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. The labour charges for fixing of the same shall be deemed to be included in this item. 3. Minor items such as nuts, bolts / pins and control internal wiring are included in the quoted rate of this item and nothing extra from the department will be admissible on this account. 4. The contractor shall arrange for the standby supply for testing of relays etc.

5. Taking out relay set (02 Nos over current & 01 No earth fault relay) of any make from HT11 KV VCB / (SF-6 type) panel and cleaning the contact (NO + NC) by CTC solution and adjusting the contact and calibrate the relay by Relay Testing Kit and proper plug setting as per required load & time delay and fixing the relay set in HT panels complete shall be done all as specified and directed.

Maintenance and servicing, tuning, calibration and testing of RMU / SF-6 Gas filled Circuit Breaker / Isolator / Remote Panel of make : Schneider Electric including checking of all electrical wiring, disassembling of operating mechanism parts, well cleaning, replacing unserviceable parts and accessories, oiling/greasing of moving parts including reassembling, proper setting of all mechanism, and making SF-6 Breaker in perfect operational in manual and electrical mode including well cleaning the complete Panel Board, main bus bar coupler, decarbonizing all joints, bus bars coupler, CTs, PTs, spouts metal parts and replacing unserviceable parts and components complete, all as specified and directed.

Repair to HT VCB 33 KV Three Phase 800 Amps 250 MVA installed at Grid Main Power House after disconnecting the main supply incoming panel for repairs and replacement of unserviceable parts and refixing the same after repair and testing on full load (Cost of spare parts and other job works will be paid under respective items), complete all as specified and directed. Notes : 1. The Quoted Rates are deemed to include the cost of all tools, material and labour required for dismantling taking out and assembling of Breaker with replacement of worn out nuts and bolts, gaskets, A-grade greasing and oiling of moving parts and refixing the same.

2. Quoted Rates are deemed to include the cost of material and labour required to make alternative arrangement to by-pass the electric supply through the HT panel or other HT line to avoid long period of shut down of electric supply.

(a) Opening the SF-6 Breaker and replacing the single phase burnt motor from breaker with appropriate size of motor, complete all as specified and directed.

Periodical / Routine Serving of Control Panel of 33/11 KV rating in such as checking of all wiring connection of differential relay and auxiliary relays and blowing out dust, calibration of relay & repair and replacement of defective components as per existing Make / Model / Capacity of 33/11 KV CR Panel including connecting the all electrical connection and testing complete all as specified and directed. Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40 mm including taking down old unserviceable cable cover complete all as specified and directed.

GI tubing light grade of size 80mm with all fittings laid in trenches or fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floor for cable crossing including cutting of bitumen roads / PCC and making good after laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed.
