Cleaning of blockage of any type in Nahani trap provided in bath room, kitchen and indoor water pipe of kitchen sinks and WHB and removing all the sludge and foreign material from the trap and waste pipe from blocked trap to gully trap/ surface drain wherever opened or without causing any damage to the trap and pipe including fitting distance of gully trap from outer wall of bldg upto 2m complete all as speciffied

Cleaning of sewage lines which are blocked /filled with sludge, semi solid/ material etc by roding manholes to manholes manually or by sewage cleaning machine without causing any damage to sewage line / manholes manholes covers taking out and refixing the covers and removing the sludge to a non inhabitant area or buried into ground all as specified for 50 dia of pipe but n.exc 75 mm dia of pipe

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section ) cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finised and reforming benching as required for 150 mm interrnal dia of pipe

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundations etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manhols, pier holes etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.50 meter in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning filling in, incl. spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms in soft/ loose soil.

Removing excavated material (soil) n. exc. 50Mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Demolition of Brick masonry, built in cement mortar including coping etc of manholes/septic tank or any position complete all as specified.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in cement mortar 1:6

Taking down cement plaster from stone/brick walls, racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and rendering 20 mm thick cement plaster on concrete surfaces or fair surface face of brick work in CM 1:4 surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement

M&L, 15 mm thick rendering on stone / Brick masonary surface in CM (1:4) finished fair & even using water proofing comound at the rate of 3% by weight of cement or as per the manufacturers instructions. (Note WPC shall be measured and paid for separetely)

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Loose filling with aggregate of gauge 80 to 150 mm in sockage pits, soakage wells with broken Stones.

Form work to sides & soffits of beams and the like for finished surfaces complete all as specified
