Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc 1.5 Sqm each and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.0 Sqm but not exc 2.0 Sqm each and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ( pre mirror polished) machine cut kota stone tiles as in riser of steps / pillars / skirting / dados 16mm thick, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and rounding the edges of kota stone laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 to recieve stone slab, including demolition of existing stone slabs and tiles any description or thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick ( table rubbed and polished) black granite (of any type) work machine cut in any position bull nosed on front face, laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry including pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including demolition of existing stone slabs and tiles any description or thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for marble work (Green / Black marble Bhaislana Zebra) 18-20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) as in cooking plateform, window cills, jambs, steps and like over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:4 including pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the marble shade including rounding the exposed edges full round, and making hole for gas pipe, including demolition of existing stone slabs and tiles any description or thickness complete all as specified and directed.
