Conducting Geo-hydralogical/Geo-physical ground water investigation survey in AFSSR through Government local bodies like central water commisssioner or any state/central Ground Water Boards for location of borewells with four alternative locations of various yields. The report from the concerned department shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge. Based on the report, the contractor shall give the proposal for appropriate location which shall be approved by the Garrison Engineer. Note :- All expenses involved for getting done the Geo-hydrological/Geo-physical ground water investigation survey through local body including inspection fees, fee for submission of application and other incidental charges if any, as required by the local bodies at various stages are to be included in the quote rate of the same.

Removal of existing submersible Pump from the non working bore including the removal of column pipe upto the depth of submersible Pump, Electrical cable etc and filling the bore hole with clay ball, Sand, soil as required for the complete sealing of the bore. The cement concrete platform of 0.6 Mtr x 0.6 Mtr x 1.0 Mtr shall be casted on the top of the filled bore. Note :- (i) The contractor may check the feasibility for the removal submersible pump & column pipe upto the depth of installed submersible pump. The quote rate shall be inclusive of the same. (ii) The payment will be made only after successful execution of the complete item

M&L for Trial bore of 200 mm dia upto 200meter depth below ground level in any kind of soil strata including hard stone/boulder including electric logging, MS cap, MS flat iron clamps, reducing socket etc.

Drilling/boring in trial bore by reverse rotary cum percussion ring through any kind of soil, boulders, rock for a bore from 200 mm dia further expended to 400 mm dia as required at side with a provision of space for filling gravel 2 mm to 5 mm of size, and taking out of strata from the bore well every 20 mtr depth and 100 mm thick between the annular space of bore hole and tube well assembly all round complete all as specified and as directed for the following depth:-

(a) Ground level to a depth of 30 mtr.

(b) Depth exceeding 30 mtr and upto 60 mtr.

(c) Depth exceeding 60 mtr and upto 90 mtr.

(d) Depth exceeding 90 mtr and upto 120 mtr.

(e) Depth exceeding 120 mtr and upto 165 mtr.

Supply, lowering MS Casing pipe upto 200 mm internal dia and 8 mm wall thickness pipe conforming to ISO 9001including sockets and jointing length of pipes by socket threaded complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lowering MS slotted strainer upto 200 mm internal dia and 8 mm wall thickness pipe conforming to ISO 9001including sockets and jointing length of pipes by socket threaded complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Development of tube well with compressed air and after with 25 % extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-Development with compressed air by means of air compressor of suitable capacity not less than 1000 PSI and over pumping using suitable capacity pump until sand free water is obtained. The compressor/pumping set/ equipment for testing as required shall be arranged by the contractor. Vertical test of tube well housing up to reducer position plumb and alignment immediately after lowering the house in pipe and before commencement for gravel packing by tripped and plumb complete.

M & L for carrying out yield tes (V-notch type) of bore well continuously for 08 hours and submitting the test report in the presence of departmental representative complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- T & P required for yield testing shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt.

M&L for Carrying out Electro logging test through reputed and approved agency as directed by GE and furnishing bore section details along with results and report on installation of blank and slotted pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for collection of water samples in clean bottle from borewell and getting tested for chemical and bacteriological analysis from Govt approved NABL Accredited & ISO certified testing laboratory and submission of result in triplicate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for collection and submitting of soil strata at every 10 mtr depth for entire of borewell contgained in suitable first class hard wood (Teak Wood) box of size (for each sample storage space shall be 20cm x 20cm x 15cm) and shall be slotted and fixed with 3mm thick plain glass in from side of box complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1. All samples shall be in one box for borewell. 2. Box shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamell paint over a coat primer apart from marking/lettering mentioned in each box, well No, CA No, Name of Contractor, Date of sample taken complete.

Supply and fixing of column pipe made out of GI pipe made out of GI heavy grade 80mm nominal bore each 3 Mtr length including flange duly welded with web complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Laying, jointing and Testing of 100 mm cast iron pipes with spigot and socket ends and centrifugally cast class LA, in any length, laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Cast Iron sluice valve 100 mm dia, class PN- 1.6 with flanged and drilled ends any pattern including necessary jointing and jointing materials complete (with rubber gaskets, bolts and nuts etc) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F CI non return valve 100 mm dia PN-1.6 including necessary jointing and jointing materials complete (with rubber gaskets, bolts and nuts etc) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized mile steel earth plate electrodes 600x600x6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less then 2.25m deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around to the plate , using GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earth strip electrod bolted or rivited to earth plate at one end and connected to equipments at another end, GI earth strip encased in and including 40 mm dia GI light grade pipe from upper end of earth plate up to equipment 20 mm dia bore GI pipe light grade as water pipe from earth chember to upper edge of earth plate, Test point, GI funnel with wire mess fixed on water pipeand PCC 1:2:4 type B 1 , (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate)as in pit chember and RCC pit cover 50 mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS round bar 6 mm dia @ 100 c/c both way with 10 mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation, earth work including laying of GI Pipe concealed in floor and wall all as described in electrical plate of SSR part-I complete all as specified and as directed and testing on completion. Note :- If the desired earth resistance is not found earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.

Supply and fix MS well cap 8mm thick 200 mm dia having internal threads and with welding iron handle made to shape of 20 mm MS round complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MS housing clamp made out of mild steel flat iron 150x12mm thick, 1.5 mtr long suitable for 200 mm dia casing pipe with necessary MS bolts full threaded nuts and washers at ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MS bail plug of 200mm dia and 1.50mtr long complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying/pouring special screened pea gravel around the liner assembly to the entire depth of boring etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MS centerlizer guide 200mm/300mm/150mm/100mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of submersible cable 3 core, 6 Sqmm PVC copper 1100 volts grade with complet testing for water proof complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electromegenetic flow water meter flanged 50mm dia , Make flow tech type full bore with PTFE line tube suitable for water with density 1.0, housig aluminium dia cast weathwe proof IP-65, with siutable coil, coil housing, flow transmitter display, with electric connection wire 230 V AC supply incl connected wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation , commissioning and testing of factory made LT panel board of suitable size double door, indoor type, floor mounted, dust, weather and vermin proof, 415 volts, 3 phase, wire, 50 Hz AC supply, powder coated internally and externally made out of 2 mm thick outside body and inside body 1.6mm thick steel sheet with locking arrangement, front side and rear side opening arrangement including mounted on Angle iron stand of size 50x50x6mm having minimum height from ground level 450mm , duly grouted or welded on floor. Aluminium bus bar TPN of 300 A for all feeders to accommodate and including following items :-

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m in depth for laying of CI pipes/GI pipes and getting out in hard /dense soil incl. , trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, incl. spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where direct at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80 mm thick before laying of cables and 150 mm thick after laying of cables in trenches, or in Existing duct as directed for electric cables for protection incl.consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick protection with sub class B bricks,laid dry flat over electric cables in trenches complete all as specified and as directed,

Supply, connecting, lowering, testing and commissioning of Energy efficient Submersible Pumpset complete having capacity 15 HP with suitable capacity of eletric motor, electric driven 415 V, TP suitable for 200/250 mm dia bore well (Casing pipe size 200/250 mm ) complete with stainless steel body and impeller, diffuser casing complete with MS iron hooks- 02 Nos welded at the top of motor head & pump suitable tie SWR rope for anchoring complete all as specified and as directed.
