SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I (RETAINING WALL)

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : In cement mortar.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 fine sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :7.1.1 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) using 30% stones from old dismantled RRM.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like.Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) using 30% stones from old dismantled RRM.

Providing and fixing up to floor five level precast cement concrete string or lacing courses, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills, shelves, louvers, steps, stair cases, etc., including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering complete.: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing up to floor five level precast cement concrete string or lacing courses, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills, shelves, louvers, steps, stair cases, etc., including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering complete.:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Supply and stacking site : 90 mm to 45 mm size stone aggregate (Hard core filling at back side of weep hole).

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) : Raised and cut pointing.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 75 mm diameter for weep holes.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-II (PCC DRAINS)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand).

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART- III (UPGRADATION EXISTING BASKETBALL COURT)

Laying of polypropylene inter locking modular tiles playing surface basketball court. (a) Excavation of top soil for a depth of 8". (b) Laying of 20 mm aggregate for a depth of 4" water bound macadam (wbm) 20 mm aggregate to be angular (not flacky, rounded, sharp). (c) Laying of cement concrete (1:2:4) for a depth of 4" to be finished as smooth as possible OPC cement for cement concrete.

Supply and installation of High impact Polypropylene interlocing Modular flooring confirmaing to following : - International Basketball Federation (FIBA) or Basketball Federation of India (BFI) approval material. Minimum 10 years unconditional warranty towards cracking colour fading or any other manufacturing defect in the material and installation etc. (ENLIO POLYPROPYLENE (PP) INTERLOCKING SPORTS FLOORING. (Asterisk Series - Size of tile = 30.48cm x 30.48 cm x 1.58 cm thickness.

Basketball posts with 25 mm International std Acrylic Boards with heavy duty rings.
