Repairs to 250kVA oil immersed, manually operated, 3-phase voltage stabilizer. A. Preliminary Works: •Disconnecting all electrical connections of voltage stabilizer. •Opening and removal of the top lid of the stabilizer to enable retrieval of the voltage regulator and core assembly. • Carefully dismantling of internal components of the voltage stabilizer as required. B. Dismantling, Inspection & Fault Rectification: • Dismantling and removal of the damaged copper bush rods from both the incoming and outgoing terminals, and providing, fitting, and replacing them with new high- conductivity copper bush rods complete in all respects (06 Nos.). • Providing, fitting, and replacing the damaged digital voltmeters (0-500 V) for both incoming and outgoing sides of the voltage stabilizer (02 Nos.), including all necessary wiring, terminations, and testing. • Thorough inspection, testing, and diagnosis of faults in the voltage core assembly and voltage regulator, followed by rectification of all identified defects by highly skilled technicians using suitable tools and testing equipment. C. Reassembly of the voltage Stabilizer: Reassembling of voltage regulator, and all associated components, complete reconnection to the electrical system, followed by testing, and satisfactory operation of the voltage stabilizer under both no-load and full-load conditions.
