Earth work Excavation for Foundation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and requiring the sides of foundation.

Supplying and filling with M-Sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick for foundation

Supplying and Filling the foundation and basement with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed, watered and consolidated as directed by the deptl. officers. Complete complying with standard specifications.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four sand and Eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete.

Brick work using second class Country bricks of size 8 3/4" x 4 1/4" x 2 3/4" in Cement Mortar 1:5 (one cement and Five sand) including curing, neat finishing, etc, complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position M.S. or R.T.S. reinforcement grill for RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire etc., complete complying with standard specification. Painting with Oilbound Distember paint 2 coats over one coat of priming cost for approved quality including cost and labour charges etc.,complete.

Colour Washing the newly plastered wall surfaces with two coats using shell lime including all charges etc

Painting two coats to new Irion works including cost and labour charges etc.,complete.

Supply and fixing of 110mmdia at 4kg/cm2 rainwater arrangements

Weathering Course concrete with broken brick jelly of 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime to be laid in a single layer (No sand to be added) over roof slab the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32 to 12.5cft by volume well beaten with wooden beaters etc., complete.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of New Machine Pressed tiles of approved quality of size 23x23x2cm laid in cement mortar base layer 1:3 (One cement and Three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound etc., complete.

Solid PVC Door shutter with frame using 19 gauge 19mm MS sq. tubes for styles and outer frames, 15mm MS sq. tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for paneling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm, with suitable rabate for housing the shutter.

Providing Galvanished Steel Roof sheets with 2 inches square MS pipes including all cost etc

Towards supply and delivery of RCC jolly (20 cm X 20 cm) etc

Supply and fixing in position best approved quality and make white glazed earthen ware oriya type Indian water closet of size 580 mm with P or S trap embedding the closest and trap to shape in position with brick jelly lime concrete 1:2:5 (one lime two sand and five brick jelly) using 40 mm broken brick jelly and finishing the top to required slope and including giving connections to the PVC soil stacks using 0.60 m long PVC Pipe 110 mm dia. 6 kg/sqcm by dismantling masonry, RCC roof or floor slaps and making good, the disturbed portion to original condition without and leakage etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers and complying with standard specifications (The water closet P or S trap are to be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)
