Appd Item Supplying & installation of Mechanical Coarse Screens of size 2000 (W) x 8800 (D) mm with Water Depth 1.5 Mtr, Bar ( 12 x 6 x 50mm) with spacing 40mm, Multirake Coarse Screen of SS -304 material and fixing at 75 degree including dismantling & removal of old equipments and preparation of surface for installing the new equipment / machinery complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer -in -charge of the work.

Appd Item Supplying & installation of Belt conveyor of size 600mm in width and 7000mm in length should be used for mechanical screens including dismantling & removal of old equipments and preparation of surface for installing the new equipment / machinery complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer -in -charge of work. The conveyor system shall be a combination of a horizontal conveyor and upward inclined conveyor (if required) and shall have a capacity to transfer the maximum screening anticipated at the peak flow. The conveyor provided for discharge of screenings shall be inter – locked with all the screenings discharging on to the conveyor so that it operates when the screenings are discharged on to it and stops automatically after a time lag when the screen stops discharging the screenings on top of the conveyor. The main specification of the Belt conveyor are as follows: - Conveyor Type: Horizontal Capacity: Ton handle screenings of peak flow Belt width: 600mm Speed: 15m / min (maximum) or as per manufacturer standard Type: Troughed Belt: 3ply, Z duck, 3mm top, 1.5mm bottom, Rubber cover – CRM24 The installation shall be complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer –in –charge.

Appd Item Supplying & installation of Control Panel for Mechanical Screens and the control panel shall be made up of 14 SWG Sheet steel with powder coating for long life and contain MCCB of suitable rating contacts relays of reputed make. The following protection should be provided in the Panel: - i) Overload protection ii) Alarm Annunciation Panel iii) LT Switchgear complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer -in -charge of work.

Appd Item Supplying & installation of Actuator operated Sluice Gates of size 3000x1600mm including dismantling & removal of old equipment’s and preparation of surface for installing the new equipment / machinery complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer -in -charge.

Appd Item Supplying & installation of Air Blowers (Air Cooled) with enclosure 600 M^3/Hr. @ 0.55 kgf/cm^2, type – twin lobe, blower speed 1450 RPM, Shaft Power – 12.9 BKW, Rec. Motor – 8.5/1500 KW/RPM and drive arrangement through -V- Belts & Pulleys with acoustic enclosures for sound reduction below 85Dba in free field condition at 1m distance from blower and complete with IE -2, TEFC, IP -55, class ‘f’ insulation, 415V + 10%, 50 Hz+5% ABB/BBL/CGL make electric motor and material of construction i.e. Grey Cast Iron GR.FG-260 of IS 210 for casing, end cover and Rotor Lobe and Carbon Steel 080M40 / EN -08 of BS 970 for Rotor Shaft and Forged Alloy Steel, 815M17 / EN – 353 of BS 970, case hardened, tempered and profile ground for timing gears with all required accessories as per specification including dismantling & removal of old equipment’s and preparation of surface for installing the new equipment / machinery complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer -in -charge.

Appd Item Supplying and fixing of 100mm dia SS- 316 pipe with coarse, opening -10 mm ɸ complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer -in -charge.

Appd Item Supplying & installation of CI Sluice Valves 100 mm ɸ complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer -in -charge.

Appd Item Supplying & installation NRV CI-100 mm ɸ complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer -in -charge.
