Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion(RS-I) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg ( zero point two seven five kilogramme) per square metre on the prepared bituminous/granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per drawings and technical specifications MORT&H Clause 503 including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Construction of penetration macadam over prepared base by providing a layer of compacted crushed coarse aggregate using chips spreader with alternate applications of bituminous binder and key aggregates and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506. (50mm thick) fifty mimiletre including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30mm thick (thrity milimetre ) with 100-120 TPH capacity batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes (seventy five tonnes) per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder concrete of @ 5.5% (five point five percent) of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydro static paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.The work should be executed as per Job Mix furmula approved by department .The rates should be quated accordingly.Nothing extra shall be applicable on this account.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm (two point five milimeter) thick and 0.10 ( point one zero) meter wide strop in center line / edge line including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms( two fifty grammes) per square meter area thickness of 2.5mm ( two point five milimetrer) is exclusive of asurface applied glass beads as per IRC :35 ( thrity five) in accordance with Ministory of Road Transport Specification ( Latest revision) and IRC code. The finished surface to be level , uniform and free from streaks and holes including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Conditions:-All the material will be procured by the contractor himself . The defect liability period for the AMP work shall be done by the contradctor for one year , the contractor shall repair /make good the defect seen during this period.
