Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position as in sunken portion of bathroom/toilet/kitchen not otherwise specifically provided for including tiles and removing demolished material outside defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken portion including vertical surface of bathroom/ toilets/kitchen with APP based polymeric membrane with following procedure:- (a) Cleaning and washing of existing surface properly with wie brushes. (b) Applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.30 ltrs/Sqm on plastered surface (c) Applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 conforming to IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm (d) Laying APP based polymeric membrane 3 mm thick (min.) and standard weight not less than 3.00 kg/sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gm / sqm) and joints sealed by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 15 mm on end lap and 100 mm side lap complete all as specified & directed. Note : (i) Treatment shall be done through authorised representative of manufacturer.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sunken floor for correction of slope etc. cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2( using 40 mm graded brick aggregate) as in filling in sunken floor of toilet and bath room etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Rate of Water proofing compound shall deemed to be included under this item).

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick joint less (square or rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with & including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size, class designation 75, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls/ceiling of any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on concrete surfaces of ceiling with CM (1:4) incl cleaning TMT bars to scale and rust with suitable solution and filling extra depth with micro concrete finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on new surfaces of walls including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on wall including preparation of new surface complete all as specified and directed.
