Checking and attending electrical complaints for continuous electric supply system like No light / Short circuit / non working fittings / fitures and replacement of unserviceable spares for all electrical fixtures such as switch ,socket ,fan regulator, MCB, holders , tube light , bulk head , ceiling fitting , post top lantern, security light etc including carrying out the minor repair like fixing screws, tightening of loose wires, replacement of small pieces of electric wire upto 1.00 mtr length and maintenance work complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge, under AOR of AGE E/M-II South. Note:- Fixtures Such as switch, sockets, fan regulator , MCB, holder tubelight/ fancy / wall / ceiling / security light fitting shall be measured and paid under respective item here in below..

Checking and attending electrical ceiling fan/ exhaust fan complaint including replacement of UNSV ceiling fan capcitors of any capacity complete on all working days all as directed by Engr-in-charge, under AOR of AGE E/M-II South. Note :- Fan condensor shall be measured and paid under respective item)

Attending to Geyser complaints at site including checking and rectification of any electric fault/ water leakage and making good in all respects including minor repairs, replacement of unserviceable switch, socket, plug top , burnt copper wire connections wherever required upto 1 mtr length complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. under AOR of AGE E/M-II South. Note for item no. 1,2 & 3 :- (a) fixtures / fittings shall be paid under relevant item against supply only. (b) Contractors are advised to visit the sites before quoting their rates. (c) Materials for repair works as directed by Engineer-in-Charge shall be supplied by the contractor and adequate stock shall be held all the time by contractor (d) Contractor shall be penalised @ Rs. 200/- per complaint per day, if he fails to attend the complaint within 12 hours. (e) All ser numbered complaint docket will be provided by contractor and Cost of docket deemed included in quoted rate. (f) All T&P and safety gears will be provided by the contractor. (g) Contractor will deploy a computer operator who will register the complaints from departmental computer area wise on all working day and settled all complaint after completion of work. (h) Any nature of electrical complaint the wholesole rsposibility for rectification lie with the contractor. (i) Any nature of work involved in one Quater will be counted as a single complaint at a time.

Supply only LED tube light batten retrofit T8 type including LED rod 1x20 Watt with opal diffuser , environment friendly energy efficient polycarbonate single end connection, complete with all accessories and fixing material all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:- Havells/ Crompton/ WIPRO / C&S or equivalent make as specified in PS.

Supply only LED tube light fitting 9/10 watt surface mounted,with extruded polycarbonate , integrated lamp & driver , with opal diffuser and decorative end plates.complete with acessories all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make Havells / Wipro/ Crompton/ Bajaj or equivalent make as specified in PS.

Supplying and fixing LED bulk head light fitting wall mounted with inbuilt edge lit LED 9/10 watt, complete with all acessories all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Make- Havells / Bajaj/ Crompton or equivalent make as specified in PS.

Supply and fix in replacement of decorative wall light fixture made up of polycarbonate with holder B22 suitable for retrofit lamp complete all accessories for fixing of fitting on wall all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Hanging only ceiling fan/ exhaust fan including connection etc complete all as specified and directed.
