Demolition of existing roof treatment of any description such as worm out tarfelt, mortar of any description & any thickness, as directed and Spd , and including following things- (i) Cleaning of all foreign material , shrubs/roots ,vegetation, tree, terracing pcc/brick tiles, concrete bedding debris etc by brushing and dusting, washing down with water,, Move all damaged RCC Water Tank any qty to the out of defence land etc. (ii) Surface shall be leveled with a layer of 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including mixed with water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instructions . (iii) Repair to parapets , tank staging, roof facia etc With 1:2 CM mixed mortar with Water Proofing Mixer. (iv) Applying roof treatment with 03mm thick APP modified membrane with non-woven polyster reinforcement(center core) with thermal insulation with white mineral gravel finish on upper side of weight not less than 3.5 kg/sqm , laid by torch application method with overlap 100 mm on length side and 100 mm on the width side as per manufacturer's instructions over one coat of approved cold applied bituminous oil based primer (IS-3384) @0.30 litre/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition & taking out sunken PCC,tiles including taking down old plaster from wall & floor surface and (a)M&L for 15mm thick plaster in cement sand mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound (conform to IS 2645) as per manufacturer’s instructions and applied both on floor and wall in sunken portion and all pipe joints pipe shall be sealed properly and surfaces shall be cured and allowed to dry.(b)Then M&L for apply a coat of Moisture Cured High Tensile Elastomeric Modified Poly Urethane Based Liquid Membrane on floor & wall .Sunken floor filled with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified to receive floor toping as specified after carrying out the required tests of water proofing.

Demolition of RCC of any description slab , shelves , cover slabs for drain & manholes,chajjas, water tank ,chullah hoods etc and in any position including cutting reinforced as required complete all as specified .

M & L for RCC type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in Slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors,roofs, landings, balconies,canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified

M & L for form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick horizontal or sloping for rough finished surfaces of concrete.

M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified.

M & L for prepare old plastered surface of wall & making smooth surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on old plastered or unplastered or old decorated ceiling surface and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified.

All as per ser item no 8 here-in-before but applying two coats of white wash on wall

M & L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered ,old decorated surfaces of wall surface and applying two coat of Cement Base Paint complete all as specified

Taking down old any type description of Heritage ,Texture finished surface including preparation of surface and M & L for applying heritage/Texture finish surface such as fine flakes features/heritage flakes textures features/heritage granite finish/ heritage granules finish/ heritage surface textures/metallic/stone finishes/natural finishes/super matt paint finish/fine flakes /fine granules etc complete application process as per manufacturer’s recommendations in any tint design & pattern as approved by GE including bonding agent & top coat including trowelled on the surface on internal or external surfaces including matching with existing work including necessary scaffolding any height height as required at site complete all as specified and as directed. S&F factory made Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified .

S & F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails.
