(Taking down of plumbing & sanitary fixing & fixture shall be measured under relevant items).

M&L for treatment of sunken floor slab cosisting of the following specification as under: (i) Cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surfaces(including verical total depth with skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. (ii) PCC (1:2:4) type B0 40mm thick (average) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in padding to acheive proper slope towards spout . (iii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 10mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with liquid water proofing compound (Liquid water proofing shall be measured and paid separately) and finish surface even and fair . (iv) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through wall shall be sealed with epoxy putty. (v) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water make it clear and clean. (vi) At the end sunken portion shall be checked for dampeness and seepage/leekage. If dampness/seepage is noticed nozzles shall be fixed and grounting carried out complete.

(vii) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with liquid water proofing including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout complete.(Liquid water proofing shall be measured and paid separately) (viii) Applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturers instructions to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level +100mm height . The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm and the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried out for the vertical and bottom surfaces of the sunken portion. Note: Test of water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 Hours and tested for leakage/seepage to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test shall be done in presense of rep of PMG and record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. The treatment shall be carried out by authoried applicators. cost of testing shall be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for rendering dubbing coat over irregular surfaces of chajjas roof projections/ceiling/facia etc average 15mm thick in CM (1:4) over cement slurry coat @ 3Kg/Sqm making the surface even followed by 5mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) furnished even & smooth including making of drip course as required complete including roughening surface of old concrete by picking sweeping clean and washing with water complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubes medium grade, laid on sunken floor as on spout pipe 50mm bore complete all as specified and directed.
