WORK SERVICES FOR OPERATION AND COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT INCLUDING COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF DG SETS INSTALLED IN PUMP HOUSE IN DOMESTIC AREA AT AF STN CHAKERI KANPUR

Work services for operation of Sewage Treatement Plant complete in two shift (01 operator in each shift) including daily routine cleaning of all equipments and installation complete all as specified and directed. Tentative shift timing shall be as under, however it can be changed as per site requirement:- (i) 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs (ii) 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs Notes :- (a) No payment will be made for Nos of day (08 Hrs) when trademen absent and effective recovery @ Rs 500/- shall be made for per shift per operator (08 hrs). (b) Any T&P required for routine cleaning shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt. (c) Particulars of employeded trademan shall be maintained properly. (d) Proper record/attendance register duly signed by contractor shall be maintained. (e) Provn of daily log sheet shall be the responsibility of the contractor with out any extra cost and shall be submitted to the deptt duly signed by the trademen. (f) Proper uniform shall be provided by the contractor after approval of Engr-in-Charge

Taking / lifting out defective submersible type raw sewage pumps set of capacity 9.3 KW/2900 RPM from raw sewage sump with column pipe, steel rope, submersible cable and accessories, including cleaning, greasing , oiling of bearing of electric motor, impeller shaft and relowering the same after repairing works including replacement of worn out parts as per requirement and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of submersible type sewage motor 9.3 KW/2900 RPM with existing same type & gauge of winding wire as per motor capacity using new insulation material such as insulating paper sleeves etc. including cleaning and replacement of defective parts complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out defective Air blower with motor of capacity 15 KW/1500 RPM complete with all accessories, including cleaning, greasing,oiling of bearing of electric motor and refixing , including cleaning, greasing , oiling of bearing of electric motor, impeller shaft and commissioning the same after repairing works including replacement of bearing and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of Air blower motor of capacity 15 KW/1500 RPM with existing same type & gauge of winding wire as per motor capacity using new insulation material such as insulating paper sleeves etc. including cleaning and replacement of defective parts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of air filter for air blower of capacity 15 KW as per existing pattern/make complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out defective Monoblock centrifugal pump set of capacity 5.5 KW/1500 RPM complete with all accessories including cleaning, greasing , oiling of bearing of electric motor and refixing the same after repairing works including replacement of worn out parts as per requirement and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Reapir/rewiring of control panel of STP by cleaning inside/outside and around the panel, checking and tightening of all incoming and outgoing connections and replacing aluminium lugs, replacement of burnt wires of existing size as required to make it functional complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Any other spare required for replacement shall be measured and paid under relevent item of BOQ as supply & rate of fixing is deemed to be included under this item.

M&L for draining out sewage water from Fludized Aerobic Bed (FAB) reactor and cleaning and washing the same and inlet /outlet pipes complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for drain out sewage water from Tube settler tank and cleaning and washing the same and inlet /outlet pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for drain out sewage water from trated water tank and cleaning and washing the same and inlet /outlet pipes complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for cleaning of bushes shrubs, grass around out side of STP upto 2 meter between fencing & road complete all as specified and directed. Note : Necessary tools for cleaning will be arranged by the contractor with out any extra cost.

M&L for plastic filter media for enhanced bacterial development in filter tank used in STP plant complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of dried sludge from sludge drying bed and depositing the same at a distance of not less than 200 mtr from plant complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of butter fly valve of size 65 mm bore ISI marked heavy duty including suitable nut,bolt & washer complete all as specified and directed. Make- Sant /leader/Zoloto

M&L for demolition, Cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete Type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in path and finishing cement cocrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of steel surfances and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of heavy duty MS ERW pipe both end flanged welded as per site requirement (Max 3.00 RM in lenth) with suitable size nut,bolt & washer of size 80 mm complete all as specified and directed. Make- Tata/Jindal or equivalent approved by GE.

Cleaning of Open Nala 3.00 Mtr width and 1.5 Mtr depth for STP treated water including triming of bushes around nala complete all as specified and directed.

General servicing and preventive maintenance of DG set any make including checking of oil level,topping of distill water in battries,tighteting of battery terminal,coolant level of radiator including detection of fault of DG set and minor repair to making functional of DG set and tightening of nuts bolts, washers greasing etc for proper running of DG sets of capacities of 40 KVA to 125 KVA complete all as specified and directed. (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately and relavent items and the cost of fixing charges shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Lubricating oil shall be issued under sch ‘B’ free for filling. (iii) Cost of oiling, greasing, tightening of nuts, bolts and minor work extra are included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Dismantling of radiator from engine of any capacity de-scaling and brazing as required for repair of water taking etc. and re-fixing the same after repair work complete all as specified and directed.

Disconecting ,repair and overhauling of self starter 12 V/ 24 V of any DG set complete all as specified and directed.

S& F of spares required to repair /overhauling above self starter 12 V/ 24 V including rewinding of Armature,Replacement of clutch assembly,carbon brushes and pinion assembly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Alum commercial of good quality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for clening of underground static water tank of approx 25000gln capacity by mechanised de watering by using industrial submersible pump, scrapping sludge and removel by using industrial sludge pumping ,cleaning of all dust particle ,sterilization of tank by using chlorination chemical and two coat of whitewash on internal surfaces of wall including preperation of surfaces,writing date of clening of tank with whitepaint on black base complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Sludge shall be removed to a distance not exc 50 mtr distance and depositing where directed. (b) the cost of T&P and safty equipment shall be included in the quoted rates. (c) The contractor will responsible for all safty measure of workers.

M&L for clening of RCC underground sump of 20000 Gallon capacity in a fire pumphouse at 110 block inside by mechanised de watering by using industrial submersible pump, scrapping sludge and removel by using industrial sludge pumping ,cleaning of all dust particle ,sterilization of tank by using chlorination chemical and two coat of whitewash on internal surfaces of wall including preperation of surfaces,writing date of clening of tank with whitepaint on black base complete all as specified and directed.
