PROVISION OF PARKING SHEDS AT ADRDE AGRA UNDER GE (I) RND DELHI

Amount

Surface excavation (not exceeding) 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified & directed.

Add to (or deduct) from Srl item No 1 above for every 3cm or part thereof above or below 15cm average depth.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or laying/taking up cables for shaft, piers, manholes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling not exc 25cm thick in layers under floors including watering and consolidation or laid in trenches for cushion to underground cables with layer of sand ( 8cm and 15 cm deep before and after laying cable) complete all as specified and drected. Note :- Consolidation and punned down thickness will be considered for payment purpose in floors and cushion to cable respectively.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes)each not exceeding 0.5 Cum in soft/loose soil , getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with around earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/surplus soil to a distance exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 7.00 here-in-before but exc. 100 m and n.exc 250 m

M&L for broken stone hard core of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC (1 :4 : 8), type D-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling, mass concrete,etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC (1 :3 : 6), type C-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing pre-cast cement concrete solid block PCC (1:2:4), Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), of size 300mm x 300 mm x 150 mm and setting in cement and sand mortar (1:4) as road side kerbs or like complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, fillings, mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work using fly ash bricks (old size) built in cement and sand mortar (1:6) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 , using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate laid as in subbase of floors/pavement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall , surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast interlocking PVC moulded paver block any shape & size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 graded block with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete work in pavement / hardstanding using quality concrete (Design mix concrete) with flexural strength not less than 40 kg / square centimetre to be achieved in field and using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 250 mm or less, surfaces finshed fair and even without using extra cement and including necessary form work to sides etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Concrete shall be laid in panels as decided by GE. (ii) Deduction shall be made for expansion joints. Joints shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule 'A' Note :- Any variation in quantity of cement during design mix at site on plus side shall be borne by the contractor without any cost to the department. However, if the actual cement contents works out to be lower side than the minimum cement contents, minus price adjustment shall be made at the rate of Rs 10.00 per kg of cement.

M&L for forming construction joints 30mm deep and 10mm wide, primed and filled with sealing compound grade 'A' for pavement and hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 20 mm thick expansion Joints filled with pre-formed bituminious filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'A' for 100 mm thickness of concreate slabs in pavement and hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming contraction (dummy) joints 100 mm deep x 10 mm wide, filled with sealing compund grade "A" complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts having dia of neck 5 to 10mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 22.00 here-in-before of dia 5 to 10 mm but length of bolt exc 5 cm but n. exc 10 cm long.

All as per srl item No 22.00 here-in-before but 11 to 15 mm dia and length of bolt not exceeding 22.5 cm long.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over in reinforcement, cut to length ,bent to shape required, including cranking,bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia and over in reinforcement in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel bends, straps , supports, hold fast and similar small articles conforming to Fe 290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels square cut or notched (ordinary or counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachement conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250 quality 'A') complete alll as specified and directed.

S&F steel work in tubulor trusses including special shaped washers etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specifed & directed.

S&F mild steel rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angles cleats or other connecting plates, conforming to Fe 410-w (Gde-E-250 quality grade "A") complete all as specifed & directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel works as in post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc including embedding posts in concrete and flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290, (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Concrete bed/ foundation shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

S&F mild steel framed work as in grills, grating, door or gates of angle or other section with gusset plate rails braces etc complete to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges of steel hanging, also fastening and fixing with hooks (stay) heavy for gates, hook and pintle hinges, large hasp and staples, hold fasts and fixing complete steel conforming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing RCC M-25 (design mix) using 20 mm graded curshed stone aggregate as in foundation, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing RCC M-25 (design mix) using 20mm graded curshed stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping and other similar works, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed complete . Note:- (i) The rate includes for necessary use of form work(straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if required shall be measured and paid seperately.

Providing use and waste form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings bases of columns, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter rough finished surfaces of concrete flat on plan complete all as specified and directed.

Providing use and waste form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers columns, rough fininshed surfaces of concrete square or rectangular on plan complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of galvanised iron binding wire. NOTE. (i) Mild steel round bar as tie bar shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only under respective item of this schedule "A"/BOQ. (ii) Post flat iron and nut bots etc shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of schedule "A"/BOQ. (iii) Chainlink fencing shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of BOQ.

Supply only Mild steel round bars 10 mm dia for securing chain link fencing conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC coated mild steel galvanised chain link fencing 3.15 mm wire (excluding the thickness of PVC coating ) mesh sixe 100 mm x 100 mm (pitch 100 mm ). Note:- (i) Thickness of PVC coating shall not be less than 1 mm and wire diameter 5.15 mm thick including PVC coating (ii) Payment shall be made after assessing the weight by board of officers as ordered by GE(I).

M&L for prepairing surfaces of new steel and iron work, of any description and girth not otherwise described and treated with tar or coal tar black paint complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated concrete or plastered surface of any description over 10 cm girth or width not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints (ordinary tint) over a priming plaster coat complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for prepairing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement paint over a priming plastered and other surfaces on walls with alkali resistant priming paint coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements and like not exc 10 cm wide, with road marking thermoplastic paint white or golden yellow or any other tint after prepartion of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 16 to 18 mm thick machine cut mirror polished granite stone slabs perfect blacks in steps, vertical surfaces, Jambs, pillars, windows cills and the like in cm 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite laid/fixed over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortor (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in groound floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and including removal of demolished material, debris and rubbish out side Ministry of Defence land complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl Item No 48 here-in-before exceeding 15 cm thickness but above ground floors

M&L for point wiring for one light or one fan point controlled by one switch with using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor, single core, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable FRLSH conforming to IS-694 , 1100 volts grade in and including non metallic rigid PVC conduits of size not less than 20mm bore dia with necessary fittings on walls/ roof /floor surfaces and including sunken type pressed steel welded M.S terminal boxes made out of 16 gauge M.S sheet with hold fasts flush mounting on the wall for mounting switch, sockets/combination/ fan regulators etc covered with 3 mm thick bakelite sheet top cover on sunken boxes, including all accessories and using 1.5 Sqmm (nomial area) stranded copper conductor single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed cable FRLSH conforming to IS-694 as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Fittings like switches, sockets/ regulators, lamp holders, light fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of BOQ.

M&L for ceiling rose, 3 terminal PVC/polycarbonate, isolated body complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for switch piano flush type single pole, one way 5/6 Amp complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring using two single core PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable FRLSH conforming to IS-694 of size 6 Sqmm of voltage rating upto and including 1100 Volts drawn into and including non mettalic regid PVC conduit of suitable dia fixed on surface to walls ceiling by means of M.S screws and saddles with necessary fittings/ alongwith one run of PVC (Green colour) insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor cable FRLSH conforming to IS-694 of size 6 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Two run of single core PVC cable 6 Sqmm with one run of earth conductor 6 Sqmm with PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length for payment.

Supply, fixing, connecting & testing of sheet metal enclouser double door,single pole and neutral, 4 way DBs for using MCBs/ MCB isolatros with having copper bus bars suitable for 100 Amps rated bus bar 240 volts including flushing in wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F DB CRCA sheet duly powder coated and IP-43 protection triple pole and neutral, 4 way 415 volt double door with neutral bus bar insulated 100 Amps rated bus bar din rail complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB single pole 6-32 amps 'B' curve, 240 volts, 50 Hz, 10KA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB TPN 32 amps, "B "series, 415 volts, 50Hz,10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60 x 60cmx 6mm buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level ( with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth lead wire 4mm dia (main earthing lead) by means of G.I nuts, bolts and washers all as shown in electeical plate No 3 of MES schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to the earth test point and to main switch board with & including adequate quanitity of charcoal dust and common salt around earth plate & 15mm dia GI pipe medium grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20mm dia medium grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary earth work in any type of soil and PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 for earth pit, and 40mm thick precast RCC slab 1:2:4 type B-1 with 3 Nos 8mm dia TMT bars both ways with 2 nos 12 mm dia round bar handle and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth lead galvanised wire 4mm dia and 15 mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe upto and including 7.5 mtr long only from the top of earth electrode are included under this items.

S&F MCB, SPN 32 amps, "B" curve 240 volts , 50HZ, 10KA complete as specifed & directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated , electric power cable (heavy duty), 1100 volts grade, stranded aluminum conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed, cross sectional area 10 Sqmm x 4 core, laid in loops/ducts/along wall/pole or under floor/road or laid in trenches complete all as specified & directed.

All as per serial item No 61.00 here-in-before but 6sqmm x 2 core. Note for item: 61& 62 Excavation, earth work, sand cushion and cable protection cover shall be measured & paid separatly.

Supplying & Laying un-reinforced precast concrete (M-20) cable cover class LV type I, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for LT cable complete all as specified & directed.
