Warranty: Warranty will be 12 months from the date of supply of the material.

Material should be delivered at consignee end within D.P

Technical literature to be submitted by the bidder along with offer if required otherwise offer liable to be rejected.

Tenderer has to specify Make/Brand and Model/Part no. if required in their offer failing which their offer will be passed over.

HSN Code must be provided in offer full digit.

Manufacturer/Suppliers Trade Mark along with year and month of manufacturer to be embossed / marked on the product/boxes/cartoons as stipulated in specification/Drawing.

Commissioning,testing and practical demonstration should be given by firm at ELS/ASN.

NABL or Calibration certificate from Government recognized laboratory must be submitted and packed in storage box with carrying handles and lock and key arrangement.

The Railway reserve the right to procure bulk quantity from the firm's having satisfactory past performance for same or similar items as per clause 16.4 of general tender condition for tender, firms have to upload performance statement of having supplied same or similar items to indian Railways supported by copies of Receipted challan,Receipt notes and inspection certificates as the case may be, failing which their offer is liable to be ignored.
