Labour for sinking of 40mm dia. Tube Well by boring by water jet system or hand sludger system through any type of soil strata including hire and labour charges of boring pipes, scaffolding, other tools and plants as necessary and taking out of them including lowering pipes, strainers, etc. and fitting fixing complete. a) For Depth upto 150 mtr for 50mm diametre tubewell with top enlargement of 100 mm diametre [PWD (S&P) Page 49 It. 1d] i) 40 mm dia.

ii) 100 mm dia.

M.S. structural works with hollow sections (square or rectangular shape) conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS:1161-1998) connected to one another with bracket, gusset, cleat as per design, drawing complete including cutting to requisite shape & size, fabrication including metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816-1969 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all omplete. The rate includes the cost of all M.S. Hollow section, all consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charges of all tools and plants and labour reqired for execution and all incidental chages (such as electricity, labour insurance) etc. complete. ii) For other Structural works like galleries etc. [Page no. 101, Item No. 2(A)]

Febrication of MS structre with base plate and fustnut / jumpnut on the base and Installation of Solar photovaltatic array Panels on the structure as per standard & approved drawing. The Solar Panels will then be connected to the Pump, Controller which in turn will be connected to the pump as well as the level indicator of the water tank as per direction of the E.I.C. (LMR)

Supply, delivery & installation of 1005 watt peak (3 nos 335 wp each) capacity Solar photovaltatic array along with 1.00 H.P. capacity D.C. submerssible pump (Kirlosker / CRI/EQ) in the same bore (designed to use with Solar Power) of approved brand whose out put is not less than 2000 Ltr/ hour sat 40 Mtr. head including supply of all necessary materials, DC / AC wire, sensor etc. of approved quality, labour etc. with all allied works as per direction of the E.I.C. [D.C. Submerssible Pump and controller should carry a warranty of 2 year directly from the contractor] (LMR)

Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes of approved make of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads,fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground.
