Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter etc for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat all as specified

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunching, girders, bressumers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports overhangs etc also splays between floors and beams etc for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified.

Formwork to square, rectangular or polygonal sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified.

RCC (M-25 design mix) (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all specified.

RCC M-25 (Design mix) (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

RCC M-25 (Design mix) (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in floor or tie beams complete all as specified.

TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape requuired, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooping endand binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified

All as per Srl item No 10 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified

Brick work (well burnt bricks) with subclass 'B' bricks, using old size straight on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces brick/concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:4 rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanized, 2 strand , steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia , barbed with 2mm dia , barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of ganvanized mild steel pins etc, as directed.

Mild steel works as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops shape as directed drilled notching for wire etc incl all necessary drilling etc. and similar work including embedding in concrete conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165. (Unit rate also include for locking holes after fixing of barbed wire and welding to bent portion as directed.)

Mild steel framed work such as grills,gratings, manhole cover frames etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as specified and directed.

Preparation of steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

110mm PVC (SWR) bore pipe single socket for weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.50m clear span cills steps seismic and other similar bands plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60cm in height , coping , kneelers, apex stones bed plates,water troughs and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed complete including necessary formwork where required complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stonework or precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling ,built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings ,dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and stacking the serviceable materials within 100m and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Separating , scraping and cleaning of reinforcement (Demolition of concrete measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Barbed wire in fencing of any description all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25Cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials/ soils, not exceeding 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mtrs, complete all as specified and directed.

Forming square grooves in plaster nexc 12mm deep and n exc 15mm on face of plaster at the junction of brick work and RCC Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling concertina coil (of expended length 8 metre) of any description or in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Concertina coil galvanized 60cm dia (8mtr length) including securing tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc. as directed.

PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channels and drains including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for Sch 'A' Part - II (Schedule of credit) Amount of Rs. 22,23,804.00 during AOC. Note: Tenderers shall not quote for this schedule.
