Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, for shafts, wells, cespits, manholes, pier hold etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified

Returing, filling in trenches with soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement/ lime mortar of any description including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filing,sub base of floor etc complete all as specified

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains,finished the surface fair and complete all as specified

M&L for extra for forming fair finished surface of drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete by using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00m mean radius built in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 08 above but except bricks. NOTE:- Old serviceable bricks obtained from demolition vide SI item No. 03 shall be used

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping etc including necessary form works complete all as specified

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall ,cornices etc and applying three coats of whitewash on wall complete all as specified

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in l cover slab for manholes and soak well etc set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary form work ,moulds etc complete all as specified and directed Note:-Reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately

M&L for high strength steel deformed TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia, etc complete all as specified

M&L for high strength steel deformed TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia, etc complete all as specified

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified

M&L for excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum and getting out in soft / loose soil including returning , filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering , and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified .

S&F mild steel angle iron work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing chain link / wire mesh etc) and similar works conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standerds, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified. Note :- Flat iron, round tie bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing of any size or type as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but not exc 10cm long and dia of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified.

M&L for reinforced design mix cement concrete of grade M-25 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified . NOTE : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for reinforced design mix cement concrete of grade M20 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified NOTE : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and beams, sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams and similar work , vertical or to batter fair finished surface of concrete complete all as specified

M&L for use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions,fair finished surface of concrete complete all as specified

S&F 10mm dia mild steel round bars as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts including cut to length, bent to shape, welding of bar at spots as directed and other similar works, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all specified.

S&F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strainging bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or stel pins, etc. complate all as specified and as directed.Note: Each line wire shall be measured

M&L for prepration of new Surfaces of any description not exceeding 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F concertina coil fencing 600 mm dia , 2.4 m or 3.0 m long ,apart with 8 horizontal RBT STUD TIED WITH G.I. or Steel barbed wire tied to angle iron with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.)/ spring core (2.50 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/sqm with tape (0.52 mm thick) of approved make and weight 43.47 gm/m place and fixed on existing angle iron Y shaped guard on compound wall to a height not exceeding 3.0 complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for cleaning of the jungle including uprooting of vegetation grass , brush wood , small trees, shrubs etc up to 30cm girth by using dozer or any other machniery and removal of rubbish off to a distance exceeding 500 m outside of defence land complete all as specified
