Dismantling the old damaged and out of order sluice valve along with the existing gap pieces on suction side with the help of gas cutter, specialized labour & chain pulley block etc. closing of suction and delivery line with the help of blank flange. Shifting of old sluice valve at safe place as per direction of Engineer-in charge. The work must be done one by one without affecting the continuous water supply. All above work is to be done with a Safety provisions as per DJB norms.
Providing & fixing of 450 mm dia cast iron non rising sluice valves (as per IS 14846 body, body dome, wedge CI IS:210 Gr. FG 260 Body & wedge ring-Bronze IS:318 Gr. PN 1.0) spindle-SS, tapper and flanges as per site requirement. with the help specialized labour , chain pulley block & tool tackles etc. make- Kirloskar /IVC. DJB SOR (E&M)-2022 : 4.7.7, Note:-All above work is to be done one by one in a Retro-Fitting manner along with all Safety provisions as per DJB norms & without disturbing the water supply.
Providing & fixing of approximately 30 Kg Rubber insulation sheet size 2.5 mm thickness.
Providing of off Size MS nut bolts 40 Kg with washer ISI Mark as per site requirement.
Cartage of loading & unloading of Sluice Valves etc. and allied accessories with the help of Chain pulley block, Tripod & manual labour etc. up to site at B-1 BPS.
Testing and commissioning of Sluice Valve of Size 450 mm dia after Retro-fitting .
