REPAIR TO CHAIR WRITING MAP FD/E6/MAP/12 : -(a) Removal of old U/S tapestry of seat frame and S&F new tapestry of seat frame approved by Engr-in-charge with PVC liping all round complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge Note- Cost of tapestry not less than Rs 300/mtr.

(b) All as per Srl item No 1 above but back frame

(c) Removal of old u/s hand rest of chair writing MAP and S&F new hand rest one piece made of black integral skin,reinforced with MS insert it. Hand rest have slope towards front, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

(d) Removal of old U/S leg frame and S&F new leg frame of cantilever type MS tubular frame of size 25mm x 10mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge

(e) Removal of old U/s foam cushioned from seat & back and S&F new moulded foam cushioned 40 density, 50mm thick as shape and size and fixed over 12mm thick hot pressed plywood with PVC liping all round, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge

(f) Taking down old U/S Rubber stopper and S&F new Rubber stopper at the bottom of leg.

(g) M&L for painting to iron surface of chair writing MAP with one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old painted steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge

REPAIR TO ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL WITH SHELVES :- FD-67 (M)/351/1031:- (a) Removal of old existing U/S shutter (Single Leaf) of almirah large steel and S&F new shutter made of 1 mm thick PGI sheet as per existing shape and size incl one coat synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on both side and preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

(b) All as per Srl item No 08 above but Shelves

(c) All as per Srl item No 08 above but Cover plate of locks

(d) Removing U/S lock of almirah large and S&F new brass lock 6 levers Godrej pattern as per existing size with duplicate keys complete all as specified and directed

(e) Removing of old U/S lock assembly and S&F new lock assembly of 10 mm dia MS rod as per trade pattern incl one coat synthetic enamel paint over one coat red oxide primer and preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

(f) Removing of old U/S handle of almirah and S&F new chromium plated steel handle of existing shape and size complete all as directed

(g) Removing of old U/S key plate and S&F of new Chromium plated key plate fixed with screw and nuts of almirah large steel complete all as directed.

(h) Removing of old U/S leg of almirah large steel and S&F new leg made of 1 mm thick PGI sheet with Gas welding as per existing shape and size incl one coat synthetic enamel paint over one coat red oxide primer on both side and preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

(j) M&L for painting spray painting of almirah large steel with one coat synthetic enamel paint over old painted surfaces / new surfaces incl preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

REPAIR TO TABLE DINING OR's FD-165(M):- (a) Supply and fixing in replacement including welding mild steel square tube of size 25mm x 25mmx 1.6 mm thick as in frame complete all as specified as directed and as shown on drawing.

(b) Supply and fixing in replacement of top with 18 mm thick block board of size 1900 mm x 685 mm with aluminium sheet 22 guage on top complete all as specified , as directed and as shown on drawing.

REPAIR TO CHAIR CB STEEL WITH ARMS FD-75(M):- (a) Removal of old U/S seat frame and S&F new seat frame of 1st class hard shisham wood duly planned and finished smooth duly polished with high class black polish incl weaving with 2 mm wide plastic cane half round with Godrej pattern & border with 3 mm wide plastic cane superior quality & frame shall be fixed with machine screws of required size complete all as specified and directed.

(b) All as per Srl item No 34 above but back frame

(c) Removal of old u/s arms of chair CB steel with arms and S&F new arms made of 1st class hard shisham wood duly planned,finished smooth with black hish class polish and fixed with steel screws of required size complete all as specified and directed.

(d) M&L for painting to chair CB steel with arms with one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old painted steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

REPAIR TO CHAIR VERANDAH FD-256/259/359 (a) S&F in repair following part of chair verandah as per existing shape and size as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed:- Legs with arm rest of 19mm dia MS conduit 1.5mm thick incl one coat synthetic enamel paint over one coat red oxide primer .

(b) Seat frame of 19mm dia MS conduit 1.6mm thick incl one coat synthetic enamel paint over one coat red oxide primer

(c) Back frame of 19mm dia MS conduit 1.6mm thick incl one coat synthetic enamel paint over one coat red oxide primer

(b) Removing of old unserviceable drawer and S&F of new drawer made of 22 gauge MS sheet with one coat synthetic enamel paint over one coat red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Removal of old U/S lock and S&F new lock of 06 levers Godrej pattern with two keys completed all as specified and directed.

(d) Taking down old U/S long rail table office clk/typist and S&F new long rail with 25 x 25 mm Sq tube made of 16 gauge MS tube fixed by gas welding incl one coat synthetic enamel paint over one coat red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

(e) All as per Srl item No 44 above but short rails

(f) All as per Srl item No 44 above but stiffener

(h) Taking down old U/S PVC/Rubber shoes and S&F new Rubber /PVC shoes at the bottom of leg.

(b) Taking down old U/S long rail table office 3' x 3' and S&F new long rail with 25 x 25 mm Sq tube made of 16 gauge MS tubes fixed by gas welding incl painting with one coat synthetic enamel paint over one coat red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge

(c) All as per Srl item No 51 above but short rails

(d) All as per Srl item No 51 above but stiffener

REPAIR TO SIDE RACK WITH TRAY STEEL FD-1023:- (a) Removal of old u/s Shelves of side rack with tray steel and S&F new shelves made of 1mm thick PGI sheet as per existing shape and size incl one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on both side and preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed

(b) Removal of old u/s legs of side rack with tray steel and S&F new legs of size 40x40x3mm angle as per existing shape and size incl one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on both side and preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed

(c) M&L for painting to iron surface of side rack with tray steel with one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old painted steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge

REPAIR TO RACK 6 TIER STEEL FD-1038:- (a) Removal of old u/s Shelves of rack 6 tier steel and S&F new shelves made of 1mm thick PGI sheet as per existing shape and size incl one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on both side and preparation of newsteel surfaces complete all as specified and directed

(b) All as per Srl item No 60 above but back

(c) All as per Srl item No 60 above but side

(d) All as per Srl item No 60 above but top

(e) Removal of old u/s legs of rack six tier steel and S&F new legs of size 40x40x3mm angle as per existing shape and size incl one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on both side and preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed

(f) M&L for painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint over old painted /new surfaces including preparation of old steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

REPAIR TO CHAIR CB STEEL WITHOUT ARMS FD-75(M) :- (a) Removal of old U/S seat frame and S&F new seat frame of 1st class hard shisham wood duly planned and finished smooth duly polished with high class black polish incl weaving with 2 mm wide plastic cane half round with Godrej pattern & border with 3 mm wide plastic cane superior quality & frame shall be fixed with machine screws of required size complete all as specified and directed.

(b) All as per Srl item No 66 above but back frame

(c) M&L for painting to chair CB steel without arms with one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old painted steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

FORM WITH OUT BACK FD-77(M):- (a) Removal of old U/s plank of form with out back and S&F new plank of form without back of size 1525mm x 255mm x 25mm made out of 1st class hard wood (teak wood) including applying two coats of french polish complete and fixed to steel /iron frame with suitable GI nuts (09 Nos) complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge.

(b) M&L for painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint over old painted /new surfaces including preparation of old steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

FORM WITH BACK FD-78(M):- (a) Removal of old U/s Seat plank of form with back and S&F new Seat plank of form with back of size 1800mm x 255mm x 25mm made out of 1st class hard wood (teak wood) including applying two coats of french polish complete and fixed to steel /iron frame with suitable GI nuts complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge.

(b) Removal of old U/s Back plank of form with back and S&F new back plank of form with back of size 1800mm x 150mm x 19mm made out of 1st class hard wood (teak wood) including applying two coats of french polish complete and fixed to steel /iron frame with suitable GI nuts complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge.

(c) M&L for painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint over old painted /new surfaces including preparation of old steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

(h) Taking down old U/S PVC/Rubber shoes and S&F new Rubber /PVC shoes at the bottom of leg.

(j) M&L for painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint over old painted /new surfaces including preparation of old steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

REPAIR TO GI PIPE CHARPOY WITH NYLON NEWAR FD-220:- (a) S&F in replacement of u/s Elbow galvanized iron 32 mm dia 3 ways complete all as specified and directed. Note weight of each elbow not less than 450 grams

(b) S&F in replacement of u/s check nut galvanized iron 32 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed Note :- weight of each check nut not less than 125 grams

(c) S&F in replacement of long rail of 32 mm dia galvanized iron pipe medium grade incl cutting threading at both ends complete all as specified and directed

(d) Fixing only in repairs short rail of 32 mm dia GI pipe medium grade incl cutting, threading as required for short rail of GI Charpoy complete all as specified and directed Note :- short rail shall be converted from long rail retrieved vide item No 85 above.

(e) Fixing only in repairs legs of 32 mm dia GI Pipe medium grade cutting, threading at one end as required for legs as per existing size incl S&F 1.6 mm thick, 40 mm dia MS Sheet base plate welded on another end complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Legs shall be converted from pipe retrieved vide item No 86 above.

(f) Removal of old U/s plywood from charpoy GI pipe with plytop and S&F 12mm thick ply wood top of size 1950mm x 900mm (Single piece)BWR Grade ISI Mark with MS screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge

Removing old UNSV nylon newar from the frame of charpoy GI pipe and tightening the frame and making it suitable for and including supply and fixing 12mm thick BWR plywood and also supply and fixing MS Flat iron of size 40mm x 3mm thick and 900mm long -02 Nos alongwith plwood top and fixed with 6mm dia 65mm long brass coated nuts & bolt with 02 Nos washers including drilling 04 Nos holes on each long rail and 02 Nos holes on each short rail and 03 Nos holes on each MS Flat iron, all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- MS flat iron should be paint two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide paint

RE-CANNING TO CHAIR VERANDAH FD-256/259 :- Taking out old U/S cane from chair verandah and recanning seat and back with new 4 mm wide half round white plastic cane of superior quality incl painting with one coat of white synthetic enamel paint and preparing of old steel surfaces.

REPAIR TO CHAIR REVOLVING TP:- (a) Removal of old U/S tapestry of seat frame and S&F new tapestry of seat frame approved by Engr-in-charge with PVC liping all round complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge Note- Cost of tapestry not less than Rs 300/mtr.

(e) Taking down old U/S twin wheel coasters and S&F new twin wheel coasters press fitted at the bottom of leg.

REPAIR TO CHARPOY MS TUBE WITH PLYTOP FD/MAP-II/01 Removal of old U/s plywood from charpoy MS tube with plytop and S&F 12mm thick ply wood top of size 1950mm x 900mm (Single piece)BWR Grade ISI Mark with MS screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge

BED HARD STEEL FD/E6/MAP/08(R) :- (a) Removal of old U/s plywood from bed hard steel and S&F in repairs 12mm thick ply wood top of size 1950mm x 900mm (Single piece)BWR Grade ISI Mark with MS screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge

(b) Removal of old U/s pre-laminated particle board head side from bed hard steel and S&F in repairs 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board head side with MS screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge

(c) Removal of old U/s pre-laminated particle board foot side from bed hard steel and S&F in repairs 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board foot side with MS screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge

REPAIR TO CHAIR CBA SPECIAL WITH HAND REST FD-120 (M):- (a) Removal of old U/S seat frame and S&F new seat frame of 1st class hard shisham wood duly planned and finished smooth duly polished with high class black polish incl weaving with 2 mm wide plastic cane half round with Godrej pattern & border with 3 mm wide plastic cane superior quality & frame shall be fixed with machine screws of required size complete all as specified and directed.

(b) All as per Srl item No 101 above but back frame

(c) Removal of old u/s wooden planks hand rest of chair CBA special with hand rest and S&F new wooden plank hand rest made of 1st class hard shisham wood duly planned,finished smooth with black hish class polish and fixed with steel screws of required size complete all as specified and directed.

(d) M&L for painting to chair CBA special with hand rest with one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old painted steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
