Providing and laying spreading and compacting of 230 mm thick Granular Sub Base (GSB) material of natural sand, murram, gravel crushed stone and combination thereof as per MORT & H specification (confirming to clause 401 coarse graded, grading-II as per table 400.2 MORT & H) including spreading on the prepared sub grade with the help of motor grader of adequate capacity maintaining the required slope and grade during operation rolling with vibratory roller of minimum 8-10 tone (MORTH 401.4.2) with the grade and cross fall (camber) to be checked and any high spot or depressions which becomes apparent corrected by removing or adding fresh material including cost of tools and plants, carriage of material from stacks, templates, barrier, lighting arrangement at high Chowkidar& mtc. of diversion etc. complete in all respect as per MORT & H specification drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge, density of GSB as laid 2 gms/cc.

Providing , laying, spreading and compacting hand broken / crushed stone aggregate 250 mm thick Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) confirming to physical requirement laid in table 400.10 of MORT &H specifications and grading laid in table 400.11 of MORT and H specification in 2 layers compacted to 250mm (125+125) including premixing of material with water in mixing plant for Wet Mix Macadam, carriage of mixed material by tippers to the site and laying material in uniform thickness and spreading by paver finisher motor grader of adequate capacity, rolling with vibratory roller of minimum static weight of 80 to 100 KN (Refer 406.3.5) in stages to grade and any spot depressions which becomes apparent corrected by removing or adding fresh material and camber spreading and brooming including template, barrier, lighting arrangement at night, Chowkidar & Mtc. of diversion etc. complete in all respect as per clause 406 OF MORT&H drawing & direction of Engineer incharge

Providing and applying primer coat with emulsion slow setting (S.S? I with pressure distributor) on prepared surface of Granular sub base including cleaning of road surface with mechanical broom and spraying primer @ minimum 6 Kg per 10 sqm. With bitumen pressure sprayer complete as per clause No. 502 of MORT & H specification to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer? in? charge.

Providing and laying tack coat of paving bitumen VG-10 of approved quality @ 30 Kg per 100 Sqm of road surface including cleaning etc. complete as per MORT&H specification to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer –in charge.

Providing and laying of 55mm thick compacted Dense Bitumen Macadam (DBM) using coarse aggregate size ranging from 26.5mm to 90 micron and bitumen grade 60/70 or VG – 30 grade with bitumen contends of minimum 4.50% of total weight of mix prepared including consolidation as per by latest MORT & H Section 500 & 507 specification with computerized hot mix plant and laying and consolidation at site of work for all lead with mechanical sensor paver and rolling with road roller as per MORT & H clause No. 507.4.9 giving density not less than 2.35 gm / c.c. and competing as per job mix formula complete with in all respect.( including cost of bitumen) to entire satisfaction of Engineer – in Charge

Providing and laying tack coat of paving bitumen VG-10 of approved quality @ 30 Kg per 100 Sqm of road surface including cleaning etc. complete as per MORT&H specification to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer –in charge.

Providing and laying of 40mm thick Bituminous Concrete (BC) with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, coarse aggregate of nominal size 11.2mm grade – I and coarse sand of size 2.80mm to 90 micron, premixed with bituminous binder VG – 30 @ 5.40% percent by weight of mix and cement filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying [as per 501.5.3 to 501.5.4] with a sensor paver & with finisher of sensor paver will be minimum 7 M wide and rolling with road roller and vibratory roller with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers [as per MORT & H clause 501.6 & 501.7] to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT & H specification clause No. 509 complete in all respect. (40mm thick), giving density not less than 2.40 gm / c.c. to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer –in charge

Cast in situ cement concrete M 20 kerb (405 height), construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 285 mm high in M 20 grade foundation 120 mm thick foundation having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine foundation concrete laid manually all complete as per clause 408 to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of thermoplastic paint for lane & Zebra marking.

Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated ready mix cement concrete (RMC) of grade M-40 cement contents not less then 440 kg per cum ready mix cement concrete procured from plants of L & T Birla/ACC at Gurugram at site on road complete in all respect.

Providing weep holes with 100 mm i/d PVC pipe in wing walls, head wall, retaining walls etc. complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
