M&L for preparing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, applying priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) viscosity grade @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm etc including providing bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with mechanical paver, mixed at hot mix plant transported to site in tippers, chipping mixed with 5.5% of paving binder (VG-30) viscosity grade, rolled to uniform smooth surface with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Work shall be executed as per job mix formula approved by GE. (ii) Bitumen content as per design mix is found to be less than 5.5%, the short of bitumen shall be recovered at the rate of Rs 50/- per Kg and no adjustment shall be made if the bitumen content as per design mix found to be more than 5.5% same shall be provided without any extra cost to the Govt. complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to pot holes up to depth of 30 mm, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, but making good by applying tack coat at 5 Kg per 10 sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for laying 30mm thickness bitumen mastic wearing course with industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS :702 prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope including cleaning the surface, removal of debris etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Bitumen shall be used @10.2% as per MORTH specification and work shall be executed all as specified in IRC-107-2013(first revision)

S&F Geo fabric/textile not less than 300 gm/sqm on concrete road joints etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning and preparing the road surfaces for road marking with reflective thermoplastic white road marking paint conforming to BIS 3262, laid through road marking machine in a layer painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements and the like exceeding 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow of CRYSTALEX, using 5 Kg material per square meter by incorporating the white glass beads for reflectivity in 100 mm width.etc complete all as specified & directed.

M/L for preparation of old plastered / stone kerbs surfaces by complete removal of surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for preparation of newly plastered / stone kerbs surfaces by complete removal of surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of wall primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and removal of same from outside MOD land etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L factory made machine pressed precast concrete rubber moulded interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushion layer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Cement concrete (unreinforced ) concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed.
