M&L Painting of pole LT (up to 9 mtr long) after cleaning the complete body surface of pole by rubing with emery paper to remove old paint,dust etc and applying One coats of aluminium paint by brush incl Cross arm, Channel, cable protection pipe, holding clamps, street light brackets, clamps, Nut & Bolt etc and painting of 30 cm wide black and white strips upto 1.5 mtr with fluorescent paint from bottom of the errected pole including marking of pole number etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of unserviceable steel tubular/PCC poles any size and removal from site complete all as specified and directed

S&F steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate final tapper plug, bolts, nuts and squed as specified type 410SP-31(9 mtr long conforming to IS 2713 including painting of pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat red oxide primer after preparation of surface painting of 30 cm wide black and white strips upto 1.5 mtr from bottom of the errected pole including marking of pole number etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Retuning, filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Filling of river bed fine sand under and around LT cable to provide sand cushsioning 08cm before laying of cables and 15 cm after laying of cables in sub station ducts/trenches complete ass as directed.

Brick common burnt clay, sub class'B' old size laid flat and dry on cables as in cable protection in trenches over cables prependicular to direction of cales abutting each other complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copping of poles.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copping of poles.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in copping/collar of poles and foundation of stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed

Steel tubing galvanised iron, light grade 50 mm bore for cable protection along the pole, under road/depth or under drains complete including 30x5mm FI clamps made to shape incl nuts, bolts & washers complete and taking down old unserviceable pipe all as specified.all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.. Taking down existing old ACSR from PCC/Steel poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing old cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of old insulators pin/shakle complete and keeping aside for removal all as specified and directed.

Labour only for re-stretching properly sagged/loose ACSR conductor of any size fixed on LT poles by means of machine method to the permissible limit at different location including tightening of cross arms or D clamps and binding with new binding wire, tightening of jumpers complete all as specified and directed. (Note: 1. Pole to Pole of all line conductor shall be measured as Per RM. 2. Rate including unwinding of old winding wire and rewind with new binding wire after restretching)

S & F in replacement insulator, shackle type, porcelain, white, brown or green insulator for working pressure 1100 volts grade of 115 mm dia and 100 mm height including galvanised mild steel section of straps 31x5 mm and 14 mm dia insulator bolt, washers and nuts etc complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator 1100 V grade including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No: 1 using stay rod 20mm dia and 30x30x6mm stay plate, including painting to exposed surfaces of MS work with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete. (Note : Stay clamps, PCC 1:3:6 and earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

S & F in replacement street light bracket fabricated from 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe 1.2 m long, bent to shape fixed on pole / building including 40x6mm flat iron MS clamps with nuts and bolts etc, duly painted with two coats of silver paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down old brackets from existing position complete all as specified and directed..

Taking down existing old unserviceable underground LT cable upto size 50 Sqmm, 4/3.5 /2 core keeping aside for reuse/removal from trenches/ wall/pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No: 22 here-in- before but LT cable size of 70 to 150 Sqmm x 3.5 Core

Relaying of cable upto 50 Sqmm 4/3.5/2 Core after rectification of defects in the same in trench/wall/pole or at any other location complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation,commisioning and testing LT feeder pillar box out door type double door and single shutter front open including locking arrangement system made out of MS sheet of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet of size 0.6x0.6x0.3 mtr and double door,canopy,dust proof, bottom cable entry plate and gland for cable size150/120/95/70/50/25/16/10 sqmm 3.5 core suitable MS angle iron 40x40x5 mm with aluminium busbar size 600Amps system mounted on hygroscopic insulators bus bar including suitable nut, Bolt and Washer(16 Nos) , & including powder coated paint with and providing necessary foundation/plateform of the feeder pillar height 1.5 feet from groundwith PCC 1:2:4 type B2 including provision of for incomong and outgoing cable gland, thimbling for old / new cables as per site requirement and proper finshing as per existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Chanrge..
