Site service support during unit start‐up/commissioning activity (for pre‐commissioning activities, Configuration, Trouble shooting, correction/ modification etc.) for PA system by deputing a group of system expert (expert/Engineers of OEM / OEM representative and sufficient electrician/technicians (atleast 2 Engineers + 4 Technical staff)) during unit start‐up/ unit commissioning activity(Experts of OEM/OEM’s representative shall be mandatory during unit commissioning period ) till the commissioning and stabilization of the unit operation for a total of 90 days site visit as per MR Ref:TP-1ZZZA-IC-RFQ-0032_D5 MR S.No: 33-02 Refer: NOTE-11 in Instruction Note to BOQ

Post SAT service: Bidder shall provide Post SAT service support (Maintenance/ troubleshooting etc.) with resident staff (atleast 1 Engineer+ 2 Technical staff) at site on continuous basis for 1 year from the date of SAT as per MR Ref:TP-1ZZZA-IC-RFQ-0032_D5 MR S.No: 33-03 Refer: NOTE-12 in Instruction Note to BOQ
