Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area not exceeding 1.50 square metre each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt. ) , all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, removing all type of vegetation (like peeple tree etc) scrubbing down with water complete, all as specified and as directed.

15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick surfaces or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick surfaces or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. With ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or gorged into spikes, framed guard bar, barred iron doors; ladder, framed balusters; railing; frame work for water tanks, cooler stand etc and similar work conforming to FE 290-0 or Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

Powder coated ( not less than 50 microns) (of approved colour) aluminium sections as in frames and shutters of window, ventilators as in sliding/openable/luvers/fixed type with and including necessary rolling for smooth moving & locking arrangement, shall be ISI marked having IS 1285: 2002 etc fixed to wall including preparation of disturbed portion on both side (Internal & External surfaces of wall) match with existing surface treatment and all sides of aluminium frame shall be sealed with silicon sealant (inner/outer face), all as specified and as directed.

Powder coated aluminium handles of 100mm size in-built with locking arrangement for aluminium windows fixed with screws, complete all as specified.

Powder coated aluminium tower bolt of 150mm long for ventilators/windows fixed with screws, complete all as specified.

5mm frosted/tinted sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazed with rubber neoprene packing for aluminium doors/windows in square/rectangular exc 0.50 sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and as directed.

Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with wooden/steel/aluninium beads complete, all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall by applying 1 to 2mm thick Altek/Birla white putty to obtain smooth/even finish using sand paper and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over one coat of alkali-resistant priming paint, complete all as specified

Providing and applying first single coat of approved primer and two coats of anti-algal, anti-fungal, exterior paint as specified below of an approved make and colour as per manufacture specification to any sruface, upto 12-15m height form gound level and at all loctions as directed including prepaing srufaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified.
