Dismantling of timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section unframed work and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantlig of timber scantling unframed work under 40 sqcm in section as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of cast iron drain pipe of 100mm bore, jointed in CM and taking out from trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured and paid separately

Taking down framed trusses span not exc 10m complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down steel window of any description and of any type with or without guard bars and making good the disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down steel ventilator of any description and of any type with or without guard bars and making good the disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters including fitting and fixtures area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off the wooden shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts and making good disturbed surface with cement mortor or PCC after fixing new chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters including fitting and fixtures area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off the wooden shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts and making good disturbed surface with cement mortor or PCC after fixing new chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc. 2 Sqm each (includig fitting and fixtures) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down shutters of any description not exc 1 Sqm (includig fitting and fixtures) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down existing aluminium door frame including glazed shutter & builders hardware complete of area 2 sqm and not exc 4 sqm each of any description and refixing in the same opening after carying out necessary repair & replacement of unserviceable components / hardware to make if fully functional complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Cost of new jointing cleat, aluminium beading, glazing clips, rubber packing stays including cutting of old style etc and adjusting the same appropriately deemed to included to in the unit rate of this items nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) Glazing, new aluminium section for frame / shutter, builders hardware such as handles hinges door closure, floor door spring shall be measured & paid for seprately. (iii) Loose corner joints of frame & shutter shall be tightned by providing shuitable cleats made out of aluminium angle of appropriate size fixed with nut & bolts to make joints at 90 degree.

Surface dressing 15cm deep in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for tibba sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Resecuring or easing & adjusting without taking down shutters exceeding 1.0 Sqm but not exc 2.0 sqm each complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Takind down and refixing door shutters of any description having area exc 1.00 sqm but not exc 2.00 sqm, each in the same opening including easing of door / window / cup board shutters for easy closing / opening incl tighening of hinges or changing the position of hinges adjustment of tower bolts, sliding bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Labour for taking down of shutter included in this item, nothing shall be paid extra.

M&L for hardcore of broken bricks, gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, benching and bed blocks etc including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of pressed steel frame, chowkats, hold fast blocks and other similar items etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No. 29 here-in-above but except bricks. Note : Old serviceable bricks retrieved from serial item No 2 of BOQ here-in-before shall be used under this item.

M&L for half brick thick walls built in CM (1:4) using Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 30mm thick flush shutter solid core construction with block board core & ply wood face panels, commercial type on both faces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 35mm thick factory made glazed and skeleton shutters made of second class hard wood (Bonsum/Hollock), open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 Clause 8.24 (a) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated fixed to chowkat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 35 mm thick factory made plain framed, panelled shutter (any number of panels) with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12 mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and styles as per IS : 1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated using second class Hard Wood (Hollock or Bonsum) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified & shown in relevant drawing of item No. 08095 in MES Schedule (Part-II) and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F 30mm thick factory made solid core PVC door shutter (style) consisting of frame made out of mild steel tubes for top and bottom rails, mild steel frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC sheet, 'C' channel having PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in mild steel frame welded/ sealed to the styles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, complete, all as specified & shown in relevant drawing of item No. 08080 in MES Schedule (Part-II) and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Flange covered with powder coated sheet 0.35mm thick and powder coated wall angles of size 24 x 24 x 0.3mm fixed with suitable MS bolt, nuts, and washers, duly suspended with 3mm dia GI wire length as required @ 600mm C/C with adjustable device including plugging in brick / concrete work with steel raw plugs and including provn of 4mm thick composite cement designer ceiling board confirming to IS 14862 type B category fixed to GI snap grid (size of grid 605mm x 605mm) in ceiling with staple clips at all four sides including making good all the disturebed portion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

The snap grid shall consist of anodized aluminium main & cross Tee of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 1.4mm weighing 0.24 Kg/RM and 23.5mm x 26.4mm x1.40mm weighing 0.191Kg/RM respectively. The main and cross tee shall be jointed at junction crossing with anodized aluminium angle bracket of size 15mm x 15mm x 1.5mm weighing 0.12Kg /RM fixed with suitable MS bolts, nuts and washer. The snap grid (main /cross tee section) shall be supported at ends all along the wall with anodized aluminium angle of size 35mm x 25mm x 2mm weighing 0.36 Kg/RM fixed to wall with suitable arrangement duly suspended with 3mm dia GI wire length as required @ 600mm C/C with adjustable device including plugging in brick / concrete work with steel raw plugs including making good all the disturebed portion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for performed material for plugging the holes with bitumen APP sheets with fixing / replacing screws or J hook complete AC/CGI sheets complete all as directed. & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting or grinding surfaces of old terrazo / kota stone flooring, skirting, dados etc with car boredom stone by hand or grinding machine, dusting off the surfaces after grinding and finally washing the surface clean with oxalic acid solution and polishing with bees wax polish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18 to 20mm thick (minimum size 550mm x 550mm or size as directed) laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 18 to 20mm thick (minimum size 550mm x 100mm or size as directed), on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting, raiser of steps etc. laid over & including rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, grinding, rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 18-20mm thick Granite (of any type) slab of approved shade as in cooking platforms, steps, jambs, pillars, window cills and the like etc, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of Granite stone including cutting, grinding and polishing (mirror polish i.e. full granite polish as per local trade practice) over & including 15mm thick screed bed (bedding layer) in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The exposed edges of granite stone slab shall be made full round & polished to mirror finish and rate quoted shall deemed to include this provision.
