Moulded case Circuit breakers: Supply and erection of moulded case circuit breakers on wall or on existing pedestal including bonding to earth and necessary connections. (HSR 31.12 (C). ii) 100 amp.to 220 amp.415 V,10 KA 3-phase.

Supply and erection of miniature circuit breaker / isolator 240 /415 V in the existing distribution board including making necessary connections. (HSR 31.17). Miniature circuit breakers of 9 KA breaking capacity. ix) TP MCB of 40 amp. to 63 amp.

Pipe Laying: Supply and erection of pipe for wiring purposes including bends inspection boxes etc. where necessary and painting as required. (HSR 31.21). xiii) Galvanized iron pipe 50 mm dia on flushed.

xxvii) Galvanized iron flexible pipe complete with socket nipples and check nuts etc. at both ends ( upto length of 1 meter.) b) Size 20 mm dia

xxx) Supply and erection of PVC pipe of 6 kg. pressure laid 1 meter below ground level complete including digging refilling of the trench with jointing etc. c) PVC pipe 65 mm dia.

(Q) Earthing (HSR 31.22). i) Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 m long and 40 mm dia with masonry enclosure on the top etc. as required .

ii) Extra for using salt and charcoal / coke for pipe earth electrode as required.

iii) Earthing with GI earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosures with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. ( but without charcoal or coke and salt ) complete as required.

v) Extra for charcoal or coke and salt for G.I. Plate or copper plate earth electrode.

xi) Pdg. and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode as required .

xii) Pdg. and laying earth connections from earth electrode with 4.00 mm dia G.I. wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode as required .

xvi) Pdg. and fixing 4.00 mm dia G.I.wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required .

Under Ground Cables: Supply and erection of under ground cable 1 meter below ground level covered with sand and bricks including necessary connections, digging and refilling of trenches. (HSR 31.25). Make: RR Kabel, Havell's, KEI. xl) 16 Sq. mm 4 Core Ard. Cable .

Supply and erection of under ground cable ,loose in existing pipe or trenches complete with necessary connections. (HSR 31.26). Make: RR Kabel, Havell's, KEI. xl) 16 Sq. mm 4 Core Ard. Cable.

Supply and erection of suitable compression type brass cable glands for underground Cable. (HSR 31.28). ii) 10 Sqmm to 16 Sqmm Cable 2 to 4 Core .

iii) 25 Sqmm to 50 Sqmm Cable 2 to 4 Core.

Pedestal: Supply and erection of Godrej Almirah type M.S.pedestal made of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron frame with 3.00 mm thick M.S.sheet covering including shutters with suitable hinges and locking arrangement with Godrej type handle including round bars . The top covering should have downward overhang of 75 mm on all sides of pedestal , having two sets of water proof ventilation holes of suitable size on the sides , at top and bottom , each set containing four Nos. holes to discharge the heat produced by the current . The shutters fixed with rubber gasket of superior quality and of suitable size to make it water proof . The pedestal duly painted both inside and outside with two coats of approved paint and primary coat and its legs are embedded upto the entire depth in 1:2:4 cement concrete block , projected 75 mm all around the pedestal and 200 mm above the ground level including the cost of all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work:- (HSR 31.33). i) M.S.pedestal of size 600 mm wide , 750 mm high ,300 mm deep and bottom totally open , duly embedded in cement concrete block of size 750 mm x 450 mm x 200 mm above ground level duly plastered with 12 mm thick 1:4 cement plaster , having a base of size 900 mm x 600 mm x 250 mm below ground level.

S/E of PVC unsheathed copper conductor cable single core 1100 volts grad in pipe of suitable size excluding cost and erection of pipe. (HSR 31.40). i) Cable size 1.5 sqm(3/0.81 mm)

Supply and errection of double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe laid 1 meter below ground level including diging and refilling of earth including cost of suitable size socket / cuppler for HDPE pipe including the cost of the labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work. (HSR 31.67). i) HDPE pipe 63/50 mm outer dia/ inner dia

Non Schedule items: S/E of 45 W LED street light fitting < 110 Lumens per Watt Philips / Havell's /Bajaj/ Wipro make/ Crompton in aluminum pressure die casting housing toughened glass cover with IP-66 protection With Lense and dual surge protection device internal 5 KV and external 10 KV including all petty material with labour for errection, complete in all respect of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

Non Schedule items: S/I/E/T/C of 2.7 Mtr.long MS decorative type steel tubular pole (as per attached drawing), duly primed and painted. The pole shall be painted of Harvest Green/Burgandy colour of with MRF Poly urethane paint . The bottom and middle are cast in aluminium upper ring, fixed to the column by grub screw. The cloumn shall be provided with inbuilt loop box, earth stud with 4 way 25 Amp heavy duty connector, 1 No 6 Amp. SP MCB and shall have matching flush door, fabricated & painted complete & making cement concrete foundation of size 300mm x 300mm x 600 mm depth complete with S F 16 mm dia 18 inch long hot dip glavanized L-type 4 Nos. Anchor bolts, plastering the same with fine sand and having horizontal top surface without any slope including two coats of trump exterior paint complete as required with the mild steel galvanized steel tube bracket duly painted of same colour of pole of size 300 mm x 300x40 mm dia with the 120 Degree angel. The pole shall be divided in two sections, a)Top - Dia 75 mm. Length 1700 mm (3.2 mm thick), b) Bottom - Dia 114mm. Length 1000mm (4.0mm thick), c) Base plate - 250mm x 250mm x 10 mm thick duly welded to clounum with required materials and labour to complete the job upto the entire statisfaction of the Engineer-in- Charge of the work.

(7000mm) long decorative pole as per attached drawing with cast aluminum/ cast iron Q4 & Q6 embellishment made of mild steel and Galvanized pole of Harvest Green/ Burgundy colour. The pole should be divided in two sections :- A) at bottom Dia195 MM, Thickness 4.8 MM & Length 2000 MM and at upper portion Dia 114MM, Thickness 4.5 MM & Length 5000 MM with decorative ring , with service window containnig 10 amp SP MCB, 4 way conector and accessories, pole is with casted embellishment at middle and bottom to complete the job in all respect including erection, fixing including connection of the same upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge of the work.

Non Schedule items: S/E/I/T/C of 120 watt 6000 K modern decorative hanging street Light fitting as per attached drawing and accessories made of cast aluminum housing with power LED's are mounted directly on the extruded aluminum heat shrink. A UV stabilized PC/PMMA diffuser is provided for glare free lighting with high visual comfort complete the job in all respect including erection on existing pole for fixing including connection of the same upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge of the work..

Non Schedule items: S/E of Power Guard (Protection) of Sukam make 16 amp 240 V protection from High Voltage, Low Voltage Freqency ration complete in all respect of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.
