Cleaning and dewatering septic tanks with sludge, filter beds and cleaning of manhole blockage by using heavy duty sewage dewatering pump twice in a week and disposal in defence land to a distance exceeding 500 mtr from suction point including cleaning man holes and septic tanks, manually as required to remove any unwanted materials of any kind etc all as directed and specified. Note : Rate quoted by contractor includes bring sewage dewatering pump with FOL, cutting and cleaning of bushes, shrubs, jungle trees etc along the approach road, around septic tanks, filter beds.

Cleaning the blockages (from inside) in IPWCs/EPWCs/WHBs/ Urinals/kitchen traps etc, to the vertical stack pipe line by giving pressure including opening the / grating cover removal the blockage and foreign material; cleaning ways of the pipe including rodding, butch etc as required; all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in -charge.

Demolition of brick work/PCC block masonary built in cement mortar including quoins, arches, pillars etc and precast concrete articles and deposing off the rubbing materials outside MD land as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work for sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m means radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone gradedstone aggregate) as in pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar, complete all as specified

Taking down cement or cement lime mortar plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc, including rackingout joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Cutting into existing manholes for connection new drains making good to pipes and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel in cement mortar 1:2:4 type B-1, smooth finished and reforming benching as required 150 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Repairing, easing & refixing of doors, windows, ventilators, cupboard, for day to day urgent required works. carpenter with helper to be provided to concern JE, for works like taking down of doors/windows/ventilators/cupboard/window glass, Easing & refixing in same opening etc, material like hinges, screws of any type, rubber beads, door stoper are included in the job all as specified and as directed by EIC. carpenter shall be provided every working day except sundays and holidays, for attending and completing the complaint on same day before working hours with tools to carry out necessary cleanig Note :- the quoted rate shall be included providing safety gadgets to the deployed worker as per govt norms and holidays as per labour laws in vouge. minimum fair wages shall be maintained any dispute in this regard.

Dismantling Barbed Wire (including concertian coils) of any description including Serviceable Barbed Wire in Safe custody for reuse at Site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description like MS grills, MS angles in fencing over wall of height upto 4mtr and similar items.

S&F Mild steel work for posts and struts in fencing, Rungs/handles for manhole cover etc including cutting tops to shaps as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as fixing of MS angles over wall of height upto 4mtr and as directed by EIC.

Restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc. for galvanised 2 Strand, Steel Bar-bed Wire (Serviceable Barbed Wire obtained from Item No. 44 here-in-before) including straining and fixing to any type of Standard Rails straining Bolts, securing or tying at cross -ings with and provision of Galvanised Mild Steel Wire, Staples or Steel Pins, etc, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Cost of Mild Steel Binding Wire deem to be included in the quoted Unit Rate.

M&L for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (NOTE: Cost of Mild Steel Binding Wire deem to be included in the quoted Unit Rate. )

Supply and fix 350mm to 450mm dia punched type concertina coil having 51 spiral turns dia 1.75mm with 9 rows of clip and strutched upto 4 to 5 mtr to get a spiral difference of 150mm dia with 8.75 to 9 kg per coil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 2 coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces exc 10Cm width or grith including preperation of news urfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L one coat of synthetic enamel paint on over old steel surfaces exc 10cm width or grith including preperation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
