• Construction of CBSE School Building Campus in JNPA Township including School Building, Gate Complex, ancillary buildings like waste composter room, service staff restrooms, students’ refreshment rooms, outside open kitchen with shade.
• Bus Bay, Parking for Auto, parking for 4-wheeler, 2-wheeler, cycle stand, plinth protection, compound wall all around campus & around building and Gates etc.
• All Structures shall be earthquake resistant structure including proof checking of structural design from IIT Mumbai/VJTI Mumbai.
• Dismantling and demolishing of existing left out structures in foundation and above plinth of existing demolished buildings/boundary wall drains etc. and disposal of materials including all leads and lifts.
• Buildings shall be including all civil works with Overhead Tank and underground sump as per the capacity of building including future provisions.
• Finishing, external & internal electrical works, roof top solar panel system, external and internal plumbing, water supply and sanitary installations, CCTV, LAN, lifts, fire detection and alarm, firefighting system, landscaping, tree cutting, tree transplanting including transportation, additional tree plantation as per norms and requirements, external development, site levelling like cutting and filling for undulated area, soil retention, roads, CC pavements, and pathway, kerb stones, sewage network connected to STP, filtered water supply, garden irrigation system, separate piping arrangements for treated water, storm water drains, street lightning, rain water harvesting system and associated drainage/channel work required.
• Extension of all service lines from source of local bodies/existing facilities to desired place, rising mains, DG Sets, UPS, STP, HVAC works, statutory approval preconstruction, during construction and post construction etc.
• All work shall be as per scope of work, Design Basis Report (DBR), Technical Specifications, Tender Drawings and conditions elaborated in this tender document, Maharashtra Schedule of Rates Standards/CPWD standards, GRIHA 2019 Standards, ECBC Guidelines, Harmonized Guidelines & Standards for universal Accessibility in India, CBSE norms etc. latest revisions.
• In addition to above, the scope of contractor also includes preparation and submission of basic layout plans for services showing all required MEP, Firefighting services, infrastructure services like water, power LAN etc, and same shall be provisioned in building as per approved drawings.
• Please note the water supply, internal & external drainage, power infrastructure, conduits, LAN, Building Management Services is included in scope shall be designed and provided considering all present and future expansion.
• Obtaining minimum GRIHA- 3 Star rating is included in the present scope of bidder and no additional cost will be entertained for this. Contractor must strictly adhere to the requirement of GRIHA certification for obtaining minimum GRIHA 3 Star rating.
• No additional cost shall be entertained due to separate land parcel for the project inside JNPA Township premises.
• The responsibility of Topographical survey, survey, soil investigations, designing, planning, procurement, construction, safety, quality, testing requirements as per standards/codes/GRIHA etc lies with the Contractor.
• All necessary approvals from local bodies/CBSE Board/GRIHA and their liasioning work applicable to project and risk of engineering lies with the Contractor.
