Supply and fix in repairs vitreous China (white) half stall type (Back or corner wall type) urinal of size 465 x 355 x 265 mm, including providing and fixing plugs, bedding the urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing grating and union for discharge pipe including 32mm bore PVC discharge pipe complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Re-inforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars, 10mm dia and over cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally, hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over and over upto including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers & binders cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable of working voltage 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694 Part-I & II of 2000 drawn in and including suitable size non metallic rigid PVC medium grade conduit and conduit accessories (ISI) marked concealed with all fittings & accessories with 1.60mm thick pressed steel or mild steel sheet sunk box covered with 3mm thick backelite sheet fixed with brass screws & cup washers including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable as earth continiuity conductor connected to main switch/DB's or common earth dolly complete for light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/ call bell point/controlled by one switch 5/6 Amp one way complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) quoted rate shall include chase cutting, making good to the distrubed surfaces including plastering and painting to match with the existing colour. (ii) Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cbale shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earhting.
