Handing and Dragging of Transformer from stacking yard to repairing hall with accessories.
Cutting of top cover plates & fitting of the transformers, draining of its oil & Detanking of core & coil Assembly.
Dismantling of core & coil Assembly and cleaning of core by using warm old oil and hot air making it dirt free.
Reconditioning of L.V leg coils strips including removing of old DPC covering then providing double paper covering and making of LV Leg coils of same size and No. of turns and dimensions as old one.
Making of L.V leg coils from new DPC strips, of same size and No. of turns and dimensions as old one.
Reconditioning/Making of H.V leg coils from new DPC or SE wire of same size and No. of turns and dimensions as old one.
Assembly of core & coil and fitting of other parts requiring replacements such as press board making supports between adjacent section by insulating spacers & tapping etc.
Shifting and keeping the assembled core& coil etc. in OVEN from the repairing hall
Dragging of transformers tank from the repairing hall to washing area and its cleaning of rust etc.
Repairing of damaged T/F body/radiator by electric/gas welding complete in all respect for arresting oil leakage.
Cleaning of T/F tank completely and making it ready for painting
Painting of inner side of T/F tank with heatproof zinc chromatic paints in two coats after providing primer of red oxide paint.
Dragging/shifting out empty tank after painting to repairing hall.
Taking out core and coils assembly from the OVEN and shifting to repairing hall.
Welding the top cover after tanking of core and coil assembly into painted tank and tightening of assembly into the tank and fitting all accessories of transformer and filling of oil.
Spray painting of transformer tank from outside with supper enamel synthetic Grey paint in two coats after providing primer of red oxide paint and package rate per transformer the supply item to be provided by the contractor for repairing of transformer details of supply item are annexed here to like – Oxygen gas, M-seal, Araldite, Paint and Brush for lettering, Welding electrode Gas cutter etc.
Dragging/shifting of repaired T/F near to the test cabin/testing place and dragging /shifting T/F to yard after testing and its stacking at identified place.

Handling and Dragging of damaged Transformer from stacking yard to repairing hall with accessories
Cutting/Opening of top cover plates & fittings of the transformers, draining of its oil & Detanking of core & coil Assembly.
Dismantling of core & coil Assembly and cleaning of core and tank (inside) by using warm old oil and hot air making it dirt free/sludge free.
Reconditioning of L.V leg coils strips including removing of old double paper covering and cleaning of strip than providing double paper covering
Making of L.V leg coils from reconditioned strips/new DPC strips, of same size and No. of turns and dimensions as old one.
Reconditioning of old damaged H.V. leg coils wire by removing old Double paper covering, cleaning of wire and providing new DPC insulation etc.
Making of H.V leg coils from reconditioned/new DPC wire of same size No. of turns and dimensions as old one.
Assembly of core, channel (dully painted by zinc chromatic paint) & coil and fitting of other parts requiring replacements such as press board making supports between adjacent section by insulating spacers & tapping etc.
Shifting and keeping the assembled core & coil etc. in OVEN from the repairing area
Dragging of transformer tank to washing area and cleaning of rust/dirt etc from outer surface by using caustic soda & water solution.
Repairing of damaged T/F body/radiator by electric/gas welding complete in all respect for arresting oil leakage.
Completely drying & Cleaning of T/F tank (inside and outside) by using hot air/cotton waste/sand paper etc completely and making it ready for painting
Painting of inner side of T/F tank with heatproof zinc chromatic paints in two coats after providing primer of red oxide paint.
Dragging/shifting out empty tank after painting to assembly area.
Taking out core and coils assembly from the OVEN and shifting to repairing area & again tightening the assembly.
Tightening/Welding the top cover after tanking of core and coil assembly into tank and tightening of assembly into the tank and fitting all accessories of transformer and filling of oil.
Spray painting of transformer tank from outside with supper enamel synthetic Grey paint in two coats after providing primer of red oxide paint.
Dragging/shifting of repaired T/F near to the test cabin/testing place and dragging /shifting T/F to yard after testing and its stacking at identified place.

Making of complete HV & LV leg Alu. Leg coils identical to original one with same number of turns, weight etc providing super enameled/DPC conductor/ Strip confirming to IS 1971 153 in place of old and damage coil. Alu.coil, wire strip will be provided by the department. All coil assembly of identical voltage shall be interchangeable without requiring any special equipment. Shell Coil shall be supported between adjacent sections by insulations (flick Paper) Paper, spacers, beamers and other insulations. Rewinding shall be arranged to ensure free circulation of oil to reduced hot spots in winding. The insulation of coil shall be treated with suitable insulating, varnish or equivalent compound to develop the full electrical strength of
