M&L for cleaning the system with CTC and charging the refrigerant including replacing strainer and rectification of leakages in the system for water cooler having storage capacity of 150 ltrs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair ball valve brass with polyethylene ball of 15mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for internal wiring of water coolers with 40/0.0076 size conforming to relevant IS PVC flexible copper conductor wire single core with terminal clips, etc including replacement of screws, washers, etc required for fastening with body etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down burnt fan motor and rewinding of fan motor with suitable size of copper conductor including replacement of bushes, rubber mounting clips and refixing and testing of water cooler upto 150 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing external surfaces of water cooler 40/80 Ltrs capacity, removing existing paint and applying two coats synthetic enamel paint (as approved colour shade) with spray machine over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and writing MES No., etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial Item No. 16 here-in-before but for water cooler of 120/150 ltrs capacity.

S&F in repair water tray made out of 2mm thick GI sheet for water cooler of any capacity with outlet system connection provided with and including PVC nylon braided pipe of 20 mm dia upto 3 mtr length and also connecting to drain pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix PVC pipe 25mm bore with and including fittings and necessary saddles fixed on wall etc. for outlet drain etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for removing rusted/defective sheet metal from water cooler of 40/80 litre capacity of any make by proper cutting and replacement with same thickness of sheet as per existing shape and design by proper welding and applying two coats of painting with spray machine over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial Item No. 20 here-in-before but for Water Cooler of 120/150 ltrs Capacity.

Taking down defective deep freezer of 300/310/396/400 litre capacity, transportation from MES store yard/site to workshop and back including re-fixing /reinstallation after taking out defective/burnt compressor & providing new compressor of same capacity from authorised dealer including flushing of condenser and charging with required quantity of appropriate refrigerant including reconnection of all electrical connections and testing of deep freezer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for removing rusted/defective sheet metal from deep freezer upto 400 ltrs capacity of any make and by proper cutting and replacement with same thickness of sheet as per existing shape and design by proper welding and applying two coats of painting with spray machine over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning & overhauling of condenser coil of Deep Freezer 300/310/396/400 ltrs capacity, detecting the leakage in the coil and rectify it by using carbon-di-oxide gas welding, brazing, charging with appropriate refrigerant gas with required quantity to the system and testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparing external surfaces of Deep Freezer upto 400 ltrs capacity, removing existing paint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (of approved colour shade) with spray machine over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and writing MES No., etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of existing defective unserviceable compressor of any capacity from window, split AC, refrigerators and water coolers, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F new thermetically sealed compressor in existing Window type AC, 1.5 Ton capacity including initial filling of refrigerant gas to the required pressure, brazing, electric/piping connections etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for replacing unserviceable spare parts of window & split type AC of capacity 1.5/2.00 TR of approved make and required size to suit existing AC including taking out the unserviceable spare parts from AC, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Taking down fully automatic servo motor operated voltage stabilizers 5 KVA capacity from the site and transporting to workshop for necessary repair/replacement of defective components such as over and under voltage coil, servo motor, volt meter, toggle switch, PCB Board, transformer, etc., servicing and reassembling the same and re-installing at the same position & connecting to split/window type AC and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Spares parts shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only under/over voltage release coil suitable for 5 KVA stabilizer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting indoor and outdoor unit of split type AC of capacity 1.5TR/2TR and refixing the same with new mounting bracket made out of 50 x 50 x 6mm thick MS angle iron frame including necessary required PCC and masonary work complete including reconnecting the new copper pipe with new insulation to the indoor and outdoor unit complete gas charging i.e Mafron - 22 and testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 4 Sqmm two single core PVC insulated cables with standed FRLS copper conductor 1100 V for sub main wiring (Red and black colour) and drawing in to and including PVC casing and capping 20mm wide with all fitting including 4 Sqmm PVC insulated stranded FRLS copper conductor cable earth continuity conductor (green colour) complete including taking down unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
