Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for taking out of unserviceble /laying new LT under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out serviceable/unserviceable XLPE LT cable aluminum conductor of size 6 to 16 sqmm 2/4 core from excavated trench/pole/over ground etc and retreived material to store kept in safe custody for reuse at site or for taking credit of cable to be replaced with new one all as specified and dirrected. (Excavation and return filling will be paid saperately)

Taking out old bricks from excavated trenches, full bricks to be kept in safe custody for reuse at site and broken bricks should be removed from the site by contractor no any extra cost to be ocured.

Supply, laying in replacement of unserviciable underground LT cable 1100 Volts grade heavy duty electric cable XLPE insulated & PVC outer sheathing with aluminium stranded conductor, Armoured confirming to IS-7098 Part-I (1988) with latest ammendments of sizes 6 Sqmm 2 core Complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 04 here-in-before but of size 6 sqmm 4 core.

Relaying of healthy cable of any size retrived from Srl item no 2 above after repair, making proper jointing and making connection using thimbles/lugs of suitable size as required at site.

Taking out GI protection pipe from the pole /passsing through road/existing treanches for reuse at site or for taking credit of pipe to be replaced with new one all as specified and directed.

Relaying of GI pipe for cable protection intrenches/road/pole all as specified and dirrected.

Re-laying of full bricks retrieved from Srl item no 3 above for cable protection all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of LT cable straight through type jointing kit, heat shrinkable including all jointing material & accessories suitable for 1100 Volt grade aluminium conductor cables of size 6 to 16 Sqmm 2 core cables.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI steel tubing light grade complete under Road, Path drain, fixed on walls etc of size 40mm bore.

Supply and spreading dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of cable 8 cm layer before laying the cable and 15cm thick layer after laying the cable. Note-Sand layer shall be paid for 18mm only after well pressed.

Supplying and laying dry bricks in trenches over under ground electric cable for mechanical protection with width equal to length of bricks with well burnt sub class ‘B’ old size bricks laid flat complete.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m from the starting point.

Supply and Fixing thermoplastics polystyrene/polycarbonate enclosure, shock proof, IP65 ( weather proof), rust proof, dust proof, water proof, internally embedded gasket with provision for all side cable entry through glands(IP-65) and/or grommets(IP-55).
