Construction of 10000 Ltr OHT in Thepperumanallur Panchayat.

Earthwork excavation and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m in the following classification of soils as directed by dept. officers. Hard stiff clay, block cotton, hard red earth shales, murram, ordinary gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders for foundation SS 20B

First depth of 2m

Second depth of 2m to 4m

Supplying and filling in foundations and basement with filling M- sand in layers not exceeding 15 cm.thick,well watered,rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specifications.

Plain Cement Concrete 1 : 4 :8 ( one part of cement, four parts of sand and eight parts of hard broken stone ) using 40 mm gauge hand broken hard broken granite stone jelly complying with standard specifications in foundations and basement.

RCC in M30 GRADE using graded aggregtes of HBGs excluding cost of reinforcement, centering, shuttering strutting, but including cost of mixing concrete, placing, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing etc., complete as directed by dept. officers.

For Column and Brace upto G.L ( 0 to1.50 below GL )

For Column and Middle brace 0 to 4.5m from GL

For Column beam floor slab and side wall from 4.50m to 7.35 m from GL

For side wall, hance and Roof slab from 7.35 m to 10.98 m from GL

Supplying and erecting Centering and Shuttering for soffits including necessary supports and strutting up to 3 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specification.(Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).

Supplying, cutting, bending, tying, fabricating and placing in position of steel rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire etc.( The steel should conform to the relevant ISspecification and supplied with test certificate Fe. 415 grade as per IS specification No.1786/1985 and as amended from time to time) delivery at site of work including loading, freight, unloading, stacking, transit insurance charges, taxes etc. complete.and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats with approved cement paint over one coat of priming coat over cement plastered exposed surface of the Reservoir including cleaning, preparing the surface and curing etc., complete and as directed by dept. officers

Fabrication, supply, delivery and fixing of outside MS ladder of 45cm wide made out Fabrication, supply, delivery and fixing of outside MS ladder of 45cm wide made out of 50x50x6mm MS angle for sides and steps in 16mm MS plain rods fixed at 30cm centre to centre welded, jointed etc., providing with suitable side supports, clamps, and locking arrangements provided with one coat of red oxide paint for providing access to roof top of 10,000 lit. capacity OHT of suitable inclined length, including bottom anchorage and transportation and as directed by dept. officers.

Providing and fixing of RCC inner access ladder in RCC 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and half sane! and three aggregates) using 20mm HBG stone for OHT including cost of reinforcement, placing grill in position, centering shuttering charges, mixing concrete curing etc., to required height and clear width of 4Scm consisting of two Nos. of ve~ical post of 10cm x lScm and step slab of 2Smm x 25mm etc., complete and as directed by dept. officers. Providing PVC ventilating arrangements mosquito proof nylon net with 1l0mm PVC pipes and cowl and as directed by dept. officers. Providing cut stone slab in CM 1:3 and as directed by dept. officers.

Providing 110mm PVC vent cowl arrangements mosquito proof nylon net and as directed by TWAD Board officers

Supply and fixing of cut stone of size 0.30m x 0.30m x 0.15m in CM 1;3(one cement and three sand) below inlet pipe for Service Reservoir as directed by TWAD Board Officers.

Supplying & fixing of water tight manhole frame and cover of size 0.60mx0.60m with suitable reinforcement and 50x50x6mm MS angle fixed along edges and as directed by the Department Officers.

Painting TWAD Board Emblem on the Service Reservoir with enamal paint as per Board's specification and as directed by TWAD Board Officers.

Pipe connection arrangements for inlet,outlet,scour and overflow etc. including cost of pipes,specials,valve,labour charges for lifting, aligning, cutting, threading ,fixing and painting of GI pipes with two coats of approved quality enamal paint etc. complete as detailed below.
