Name of Work:Development of LPG Testing facility by provision of customized Lab furniture at LPG Bottling Plant Port Blair

Tender No: PBBP/PT-01/2021-22 Important Notes: 1. Bidders are required to submit their bids after making entries only in "designated cells highlighted in Light Blue" colour. 2. Scanned / Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. 3. Submission of any other file or format of the Price Bid (BoQ) other than the original file given in the Tender shall be summarily rejected. 4. Bidder are requested to go through "Special Instruction to the Bidders (SITB)" & Tender Documents before quoting. 5. The quoted price shall be inclusive of all costs to complete the works in all respects as per specifications/tender drawings/terms & conditions of the tender document including all taxes, duties, levies etc.except service tax. Please refer the Special Clauses on Taxation in tender documents. 6. The rates quoted shall remain firm till the completion of work. 7. The tenderers are required to quote for all the items in the Price Bid of the tender. The tenders which are not quoted for all the items will be treated as incomplete tender. 8. Kindly go through the tender terms & conditions including payment terms before quoting. 9. Bidder to quote single percentage in the cell highlighted in front of Part A. i) For quoting %ge higher than the estimated value, bidder to put percentage value in numbers in the highlighted cell. ii) For quoting rates at par with the estimated value, bidder to quote 0% in the cell highlighted in front of the relevant line item. iii) For quoting %ge lower than the estimated rates, bidder to quote percentage value with a minus (-) sign preceding the percentage value. Bidder to re-check the total amount after quoting the relevant percentages. It shall be the responsibility of the bidder for ensuring correctness of the quoted value. 10. The tender shall be financially evaluated on overall lowest cost to IOCL after summation of total quoted values. Rate are Exclusive of GST. 11. The BoQ has been revised and this version of BoQ is to be uploaded only. Any other version of BoQ uploaded shall be summarily rejected. Bidder should submit his offer in latest BoQ file uploaded after corrigendum, else the bid shall be summarily rejected.
